I have also had cats and rabbits treated here. Between my husband and I, there have been countless healthy pet visits for vaccinations, sick pet visits, surgery, etc. Everyone in this practice has always been friendly and compassionate, prices are fair, communication has been great, and I have been confident my pets have received excellent medical care. I actually live on the other side of town now and continue to make the drive because I am confident in the care my animals receive. I want to give an extra mention to Dr. Elena. We were in recently for vaccinations and she found a concerning mass. 5 days later, she removed it and a biopsy confirmed it to be an aggressive cancer (Hemangiosarcoma). Because of Dr. Elena's thorough exam of my girl and quick response, we have been able to address her health concerns before it was too late. I will forever be thankful to her for that. Was surgery cheap? Nope! But, I wouldn't expect surgery to be. I do believe their prices are fair. All in all, the thorough care this doctor provided made us aware of my girls health concerns and gave us options to help her through it. I highly recommend them!

The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.

I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.
