When I finally called to follow up, I was handed over to their so-called "senior advisor" Mark, who had a horrible attitude from the start. Instead of helping, he acted like he was doing me a favor just by talking to me. The moment I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude and that I could take my business elsewhere, he literally hung up on me and told me to go find another company. This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how bad it gets once they actually have your business. Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
