My experience with MSI Credit Solutions has been extremely disappointing and I would caution others before signing any agreement with them. Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I don't want to waste 3 months even though he said they would be free. I paid $2000 it would be more if I were to continue. I have been with them for 8 months They are the worst credit repair agency to ever exist. They removed 4 collections which were just replaced. Nothing for the credit cards I was in an abusive relationship and was taken advantage of so I sought them for repair. Worst decision I ever made. I am out $2000 and my score is no better than 8 months ago and I myself started in the 600 with them can't seem to get out of the 500. Ricky has made promises he can't keep for me to remove my review. He offered 3 months free but what can they do in 3 that they haven't in 8 months? They lied about the VIP client just for you to pay extra. You are not a VIP client and after they say this ask yourself how many "VIP clients" do they have? I was with a man name Alan Abernathy 310 291 0715 he made my score a 720 I lost his number and sought MSI never again. At anytime you feel wronged or taken advantage of you can report to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and make a report with the Better Business Bureau File complaint! I was initially planning to delete my review because two managers from MSI Credit Solutions reached out to me and genuinely tried to resolve the issue. However, instead of handling the situation professionally, a third manager, Rick M., contacted me via direct messages on Yelp and accused me of "looking for money somewhere." !!!!!! what !!! Let me be clear Mr. RICK M. I am not asking for anything that isn't mine. The money I requested is my own, and MSI does not deserve to keep it because they did absolutely nothing for me. A company with integrity would refund a customer when no service was provided, but instead, MSI chose to insult me and deflect blame. This kind of unprofessional behavior speaks volumes about the company's ethics. If this is how they treat their customers, I strongly advise others to stay away. My wife and I signed up for this service. We didn't expect much but some how they managed to accomplish less than that. We signed up for 6 month and wait by the mail box to get letter to prove they work on our case. They are send the same letter you can download yourself and dispute for free. They also convinced us to sign for their premium service and it was a scrap!!!!!!!! The refunds after 6 months is a lie!!!!! they will find some loop whole about how many credit reports to get more money and more time out of you. MSI did nothing to improve my wife's credit and tried to take credit for the accounts, my wife and I got removed by talking to the credit card company and making a deal on our own. Don't make the same mistakes I did! My credit dropped 33 points after thousands worth of investments. Yes, I spent MORE THAN $1000 to have a WORSE credit score. (You read this correctly) There is no refunds, promises do not apply, communication is non-existent (unless you want to cancel) and you are clueless throughout the entire experience. I have done this process on 2 separate occasions like an idiot, but I also wanted to fix and address my credit. I have 0 credit card debt, but a few late payments that needed some addressing. There is 0 bankruptcies, repossessions, evictions on my account and I still had to pay $735 initial deposit as well as $98 monthly. My credit dropped 33 points for what was supposed to be a "simple fix". You are OUT OF THE LOOP and unaware of anything they do. You create a portal where allegedly you load any letters you may have received. I never received a single letter from any company. I'm now out $1000+ and my credit score dropped. The 6 month money back guarantee is far fetched considering there are DALLAS credit repair companies that will honor 90 days. There's better alternatives out there and I hope you guys find this review helpful. Of course this is MY PERSONAL experience and I cannot review for other members. I started with MSI in October 2020 (according to my correspondence via email). My credit was dreadful!!! I did all I could to establish on time payments, and I fought with the very little knowledge I had of credit against companies and succeeded with a few. However, there were just things I could not do on my own. This is how I started working with MSI. I started working with a young man named Turk. Turk was very helpful and getting me started was a breeze. 80-90 points I believe, (I'm saying that in normal people terms) on one score it was about 610 and now it's about 690ish. They fought the companies, and had so many things removed. Every month I received updates from Turk or through email, that was helpful. As far as my credit improving as a direct result of working with them I recommend 100%. There will be a cost, as with most things in life, I have chosen to continue working with them to continue working on my score. Thanks to Vanica Anguiano, who took time to sort things out for and with me. She is a rockstar! Now, I will not tell any lies and say I love everything about this company. I'm not a fan of the score safety that I was advised to get, I just personally don't like the site, and it's not easy for me to read or use on my phone. That's my personal preference. I'm also not a fan of Ricardo Mendiola, and will NEVER recommend anyone to work with him. One conversation under 4 minutes was all I needed to not want anything to do with the company. After I reviewed honestly about my experience, the company responded by releasing my scores, saying I was insecure, told blatant lies that I screamed and degraded because I was offended. The lies, and the release of my information to a company is what scares me. What else would you do if someone isn't pleased with you. At his advise, please YouTube my name Aiysha McCarthy or Aiysha McCarthy Brooklyn Tabernacle and listen to my testimony and demeanor or watch me ministering and singing my heart out to God's people. The complete opposite of the response given by that man. Lacking confidence doesn't lead to a bad review, bad reviews come from bad experiences. I had a bad experience and I told it and he attacked. Do not work with him unless you want a similar experience. I leave it up to you! Credit wise the company works, but your information will be put online for all to see by the company you're to trust, and lies will be told of you. Very upsetting, but Ricardo will have to answer to God one day, so I rest by telling my truth and allowing God to fight that battle :). read more

If you are thinking of using MSI credit repair.... DO IT!!!! Believe it or not I found and started following Blake Wood on TikTok. MSI and Robert Moelich have helped me tremendously with my credit. I want to say I was a skeptic. Credit bureaus make you feel like you are held hostage to their reporting and you never get anywhere. Credit affects everything from car insurance to job possibilities. My goal is to finally be able to purchase a house. In a little over a month (I was told not typical but I have stayed on top of everything) I have gone from the low 600's to the low 700's which puts me now in a "good" position with the credit and mortgage companies. Rob went through the process with me and in my layman terms they take federal laws to hold the reporting agencies and creditors accountable to what they report. When I saw my report (beyond the free companies) I noticed there were 7 address being reported, quite a few I have not lived at for over 30 years. Credit cards as well. Joined with them in January 2021 paid thousands to help charges that were paid in full but still remain on my account. 7 months later I still cannot qualify to sell my home and purchase a new one because my score is still at the low 605. I had to even consult my realtors finance dept/ credit consumer to help me figure out what to do. I was a little intimidated by the price of services here at MSI, but I was in a situation where I really needed some professional help. They do have a great way to persuade you to join them, including having you pay hundreds of dollars to start their program plus monthly fees. I was in their program for about a year with no change in my credit, the only change there was, was from my own doing (opening credit lines). I was given all the details of the program and what MSI Credit could potentially do to help increase my credit scores. I wanted to sign up with their services but began to feel harassed by the way I was being treated--it were as if I owed them money. I finally had to cut ties due to the lack of respect from Dane. He began to raise his voice and talk over me. I don't understand how difficult it is to comprehend, '"I'm sorry. I'm driving and using my phone as a GPS. " Dane began to yell at me and I had to hang up on him midsentence when he belted the words, "People like you.....". I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and respect. I was referred to Vince James at this establishment. He called me and we went over a plan. I told him I would get back with him after deciding what I wanted to do. I also explained to him he would have to work with me outside of business hours due to my work schedule. When I didn't sign up that day, he started texting me saying he needed to understand my feelings. The whole text conversation was bizarre and I did not respond to it. Then he calls days later, during work hours, as I asked him not to do. I then texted him after work, no response, called; no response; emailed; no response. So the gist of it is: He obviously has a problem with women from the nature of his text to me, completely inappropriate. He also cannot keep business commitments. Gentleman that are in their 30's need to remember that 50-something's don't need to be talked to as if they are stupid. The fact that you can't respond also shows a complete lack of any professionalism whatsoever. Oddly enough, another woman was treated this way too. read more
