When I tried to cancel after ~70 days, they informed me (after canceling) that I was not eligible for a refund because I canceled BEFORE the 90 days. From the very first day they could not pull my 3 credit report and I had to upload the one that I got from Experians paid service. I have been with them for a year and very little progress has been made. Literally worthless. They charged me for 5 months straight with no real change to my credit. And the bureaus contacting me because "the business is an unauthorized representative." I tried to cancel the service within the 90-day period, but they gave me the run around and claimed that it was too early to see results. This company is a scam beware. After they sent out the dispute letters I got my own letter, from a lawyer. They were going to garnish my wages for an old credit card balance. I also received letters from Experian and TransUnion. They said that they received letters with my information but it was from an unauthorized third party and they were not going to do anything. This company keeps telling you to wait 60, 90, 100 days for the disputes to be taken off your credit report. The only thing that is being taken is your money. My husband and I signed up after our 9-year-old daughter had a tumor in her leg, we had to take several months off work and ended up settling with our credit accounts, which ruined our credit. Credit saint seemed to be too good to be true. After two months there were no updates, no contact. Everytime I called in they told me to trust the process. Within the 90days, I tried to cancel both accounts for a refund as there had only been one item that they removed (which came back the next cycle by the way) they offered to reduce my monthly fee if I stayed. I agreed to. I ended up waiting for six months with ONE item removed from my account and none from my husbands. I'd finally had enough so I called to cancel and request a refund. It was only then I was made aware than since I had decided to stay with them for a reduced monthly price when I had first tried to cancel, I was now past the 90 days and they wouldn't refund me a penny. Do not recommend this credit repair company, they tell you that if they're not able to remove any negative items off of your report within a certain amount of days, you are entitled to a refund. When I requested a refund because there was no progress they tried to tell me items was removed, I told them those items was removed before the company started working on my credit from disputes I made on my own. They asked me to email proof showing the items was removed before that date, which I did. Then the senior manager Alexander G even went as far as to listen to previous recorded calls. He called me back and said that I was misinformed information by a representative and he'll be refunded me. A year later I'm trying to sign up with them and a representative tells me she not able to pull up my report, the system is down would I like the number to the credit bureau to dispute items myself, that made no sense to me so I ask to speak to someone else and that's when I found out they black listed my account. I spoke with the senior manager Alexander G which is who black listed my account and he just basically started lying on the phone. Beware! Signed up for this earlier in the year. Had use for it for a couple months, but then my situation changed and I needed to cancel. I have called multiple times and can't get through to cancel, sent multiple emails and even been placed on automatic call backs from the company and never received a response. This has been going on now for 3 months straight. If you do sign up, all you can do is challenge stuff already on your report, no different than many other services out there.
