My husband and I like using Dr. Creed. We started using him 3 years ago. Last year I had gotten an eye infection, I called them and they got me in that day. He had me do drops and I got over the infection. Today they called to see if we wanted to make an appointment for an exam and new lenses before the year ends and we loose our use of our insurance for 2024. I've always had bad eyesight, and had to wear glasses, we went in and he checked me and informed me that I have cataracts, My old eye Dr never said anything about it. Good care. read more

Had been seeing doctor creed for years! He is very personable and great with children too. HOWEVER the office manager (Michelle maybe) very nasty and very rude. She answers the phone unprofessionally and to my surprise is the same way in person. It makes the business unfriendly and unapproachable. This is what they did to a customer yesterday..this was her post : I will Neverland use Dr Creed again. Save yourself alot of trouble. Terrible customer service. Supposedly blaming my frame switch on ray ban. Nope. It's called charging someone something and not giving them what they paid for. All I wanted was the frames I bought. They said no. So then I asked for a complete refund of both glasses Minus the exam and the lens I had to replace due to dog marks.plus the cost of the new frame I supposedly purchased. Wanted to chalk this up as a bad experience. He wouldn't even come up there and speak to me, just stood in hallway and made the front desk lady do the talking. "Sorry, can't refund anything, your glasses are custom made." It even says on receipt Up to 60 day refund on custom orders. Restocking fee may apply. Aren't all prescription glasses *custom* made? (Mind you it has only been 29 days) I am absolutely disgusted over this. As a buisness owner I stand behind what I sell. Oh..the best part... I called at 10 this morning. After telling her the issue she said she was too busy and would call me back. She never did. My husband and I had to go in. So I am now left w glasses I can't wear and a bad experience. Couldn't even get a call back. All I asked for was new frames so that I could wear my glasses. They have racks and racks. One pair of Ray ban frames that I already paid for. I left w nothing but my messed up glasses and a very expensive bad experience. This is the amount I paid to a place for 2 glasses less than 30 days ago and they can't do anything to help me. I am a saver, so getting this was a big deal for me. Now it is just a shit show. It is just absolutely not ok to do buisness that way. For what it is worth? I am calling Better Buisness Bureau and reporting this. I am disgusted. They said they only accepted cash for warranty frames(that I never got) I probably bought all the new fall decor. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Creed for over twenty years. I love him and his staff! My children love getting their new glasses from the Creed Eye Center. Just moved to the area and chose them for my eyewear needs. Being a welder my eyes are very important. I got something in my eye one day,called them and they got me right in and removed the foriegn object from my eye and I never missed a beat. My mom has been using dr creed for years. Singing his praise about his equipment(which is standard) that other drs dont have. Over the past 3 yrs ive seen her get overcharged at every turn. Im talking charging 50.00 for contacts that are 20.00 online. In addition to this I ask for her prescription to order lenses since they were so much and even after charging both her and insurance they made me pay a 25.00 to get the written script, which I now know they cant do. Last visit I agreed to take her there again and they demanded to know if we would be getting glasses or contacts from them. Exam was over 300 after billed amount and what we pd. Im fine for mark up of product but not 300%. After I conplained the last visit I went back with her. He pretty much ignored her when she said she didnt hear his questions and he spent 7 minutes total th her. No way an exam can be done in 7 minutes. So after 6 years im fed up. And of course she cant see now. So ill have to pay out of pocket. read more
