The whole visitation is so pleasant, Dr. Nelson is not only very knowledgeable and caring, she has the patience of a saint. I didn't well being rush (like other places such as the one with the "Z"). I could not have been happier with the care that I received. My eye continually improved, and it was back to normal within the time frame Dr. Simpson had given me. But she was angry the whole time. She never said the wrong thing. But you could just tell that she absolutely hated us. I didn't like that they kept trying to sell us on this retinal scan. Multiple times. Our insurance didn't cover it. And I did my research about it online. We're considered low risk patients and didn't need to do it. I stayed strong and didn't do it even though she kept saying I did need it. So then when it was my husband's turn, she told him that I didn't need the scan, but he definitely did. So he caved and paid for it. We got a text message requesting we leave a review. . And I didn't do it because I was not happy with the service here. But nothing really bad happened. But now I wish I had filled it out because it was a bad experience. Once my husband and I really had a chance to compare experiences, I realize that we had a terrible time here.

I had to call and schedule a new appointment. Apparently they did not have an opening at the time i requested, so no one called back! As I walked in the door one of the front desk staff was on the phone and the other one there completely ignored me and started talking to the person that walked in right after me! So rude and unprofessional. The doctor seemed okay and did what he's supposed to. In the middle of the appointment they made me walk to the "store" to pick out the glasses I like,. The whole experience seemed like it was geared towards up selling their glasses. I walked away thinking this could have been better but the worst was yet to come! I came back the next day with my wife and kids to pick my glasses. Admittedly we were there a few minutes before closing, but the entire staff was rude and made faces. The manager there did not seem interested in having us neither did the staff. This was certainly no Chick-fil-a, but more akin to a Walmart where staff seem disinterested. We are never going back! Will buy my glasses elsewhere. Rude and Unprofessional Staff!
