They included things I've never seen anyone do before. They included in the price a Spot Satellite messaging system in case of a break down or in need of emergency services (No cell service on Alpine loop FYI), an ice chest with a bag of ice, a cell phone that provided real time GPS tracking using the Dirt app so you can see where you are in realtime. We showed up 30 mins early as told too, but the guide was still out with another tour. Once back we got started late getting everyone ready and waiting for one couple. The guide was nice and the sleds are older but in good shape. We had a good tour once it started. Yet again we were suppose to ride from 2 to 5, but we were back at the vehicles by 430. Again the tour started late and ended early. Not sure why I paid for the extra hour. All in all my husband had fun and that is what counts, but I will not use this company again when friends and family visit.
