Rebecca was very helpful & knowledgeable about the lime light hydrangeas I was considering! When I…read morecame back to get them, Win stopped his watering to help me consider the best plants for my project ! He insisted that I let him load them in my truck! Very helpful all around!

I would challenge you to find a less organized nursery. I…read morecalled to order gravel, was told it was in stock and someone would call and set up delivery. They took my deposit or half. I had to call back a few days later to figure out why no one has called to schedule a delivery, and learn it is in fact not in stock. I said that I would then opt for a smaller size gravel than what I originally asked for so I could get it sooner. Was told again they would call to schedule delivery. I ending up having to call 2 days in a row and still never got a straight answer. I was hung up on multiple times. Finally when we did schedule delivery almost a whole week out, they told me they would be there between 8am and 10am, that we would be first delivery of the day because it has been such a headache getting it figured out. Fast forward to delivery day, they call me at 10am saying that they are running a bit behind. I had someone waiting for the delivery at the house, so I let them know. When I asked nature's best how long they couldn't give me an estimate. I called them at 2pm to ask where the hell my gravel was, as I had someone sitting outside in the heat waiting for this ridiculous debacle to be over with. They told me they would get there around 5:30. This was the final straw. I cancelled and told them they better refund my deposit. I have never dealt with a company this disorganized. I ended up going to southern nurseries on dickerson and they delivered the gravel next day for cheaper. I will never again deal with Nature's best.

The only reason why it's not a 1 star is because Craig gave great customer service. So went to this…read morelocation, and I get that you are supposed to be off, and you can't leave until a job is done; I am the first person on my shift at work and typically the last to leave, so I get it. However, when it comes to the customer service industry, there is just one thing that you do, that stands before anything... Customer service! Went in for an item that they had, but in the picture, you see it was blocked off. Ms. Julie saw me and stayed up there for 15 minutes. Not saying anything to any of the customers that were needing things in the very section she had blocked off. I waned to see if she would, and she absolutely did not. Went and found Craig and he asked how long she was going to be and she said, "technically until I finish, I'm supposed to be gone already." As she comes down and moves only one side of the blockade fencing, which just so happened to still be blocking what I needed. She continued to work and ignore all customers. I politely asked if I needed to go around to get the item, and she said yes. Poor customer service was not shown by her at all. No smile or anything resembling it. Bad, days happen, I get it, but don't take it out on customers. I got what I needed at a good price. I'll try not to go back to that location if I can help it.

I wish I could give negative stars. Extremely disappointing experience with the tool rental…read moredepartment at the Antioch Home Depot. I rented a Mantis XP tiller for a gardening project, and while the employee started the engine in-store, they never actually checked that the tines worked. Once I got out to my project site with no phone service, I realized the tiller was completely unusable, the engine ran, but the tines would not spin at all. I returned the equipment 12 hours early, explained the situation calmly, and even showed multiple forms of proof/video that the machine was not functioning properly. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was basically accused of breaking it, so I wouldn't have to pay the remaining balance, and told there was "nothing they could do." They repeatedly asked me why I didn't call and let them know that the equipment was broken. I first of all did not have service and second of all it shouldn't be my responsibility to let you know that your equipment is broken. The best offer was only 10% off for equipment I couldn't even use. The fact is, they were assuming that I didn't know how to work the machine and somewhat assuming that I had broken it. Frankly, I was offended that they would even say that when I had approached so calmly and nicely for what could've been a very normal situation I'm sure this has happened in the past. I walked in, hoping to just speak to someone and explain my experience and immediately was treated like I was up to no good and trying to scam them out of money. What made the experience worse was the lack of knowledge at every level I spoke to. I waited 30 minutes for a manager to tell me that the ground was too hard for a tiller to run, however, in the video I showed him of the tiller tines not spinning the tiller was not even touching the ground. Frankly, it was an embarrassing show of a lack of knowledge amongst so many different employees. I question how they're even able to keep their jobs. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. I understand rental equipment can malfunction, but the equipment should have been properly checked before being rented out, and customers should not immediately be treated like they caused the issue. I've rented from other Home Depot locations, especially Cool Springs, and have never had an experience this frustrating
