I have…read morehad an undiagnosed illness for almost 3 years now because these doctors did nothing to help me. I'm a very timid person with diagnosed learning/anxiety disorders. Which I feel made a big impact with how they treated me. I was a weak,vulnerable, and very poor person but desperate to stop throwing up daily and having uncontrollable nausea/disziness/hot flashes. I would wait an average of 1&half hrs in the waiting room to be seen just for it to be an extremely rushed (15min max) conversation where she would interrupt me and not let me talk (it takes me some time to word sentences because of my learning struggles) and not once did I have the chance to get out what I needed to say before she told me what she thought or "knew" about what my body needs and not once was she correct. Why did I stay almost a full 3 years of btw WEEKLY appointments for absolutely no help- I had put so much trust and hope into the fact maybe they knew what they were doing. But they don't. I lost my job due to leaving early/calling in because of how horribly sick I always was. I had pain to the point of even going to the store was a big challenge. My family have seen me miss out on my early 20s completely because of my illness and are always in disbelief of how my doctors treated me let alone never actually helped me-even my new doctors are shocked when I tell them. I now have great new doctors and a better obg that actually listens to me so now I can finally see the difference. I also feel the need to say: I am not a mother but I can genuinely say I fear this facility carrying for any mother and her child. They have no problem shutting you down about your own body even when you're basically begging them to listen.

I have had a problem with my left ear for over a month. Went to my doctor a few times to figure out…read morewhat was going on. So I got a referral to come here to get a CT scan on my ear. The lady I talked with and the one who did my scan her name was Kim. So what was nice is I came in to check in thinking I was going to need to fill out a bunch of paperwork but it was simple. The lady who checked me in asked me a few questions and I was off to get this test. Kim she was the sweetest lady she was very helpful with getting me ready and letting me know what to expect. The test only took about 10 minutes to do. Kim made sure that I was very comfortable and made sure I had warm blankets on me the whole time. After the test I gave her a big hug and told her I was very appreciative of her helping me go through this time. So Thankyou Kim

I made a new patient appointment back at the end of December 2025. I could not get an appointment…read moreuntil Feb 2026. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early like most places back in December. I did not know that this was a requirement. I put their address in my GPS and for some reason it took me somewhere else. So I was going to be late. Had to ask for directions and make my way over to the right building. I walked in to check in and was told I was put down as a NO SHOW. My scheduled time was 3:30 and granted I was maybe 3 minutes late. I had filled out all paperwork online and did not remember at the time that back in December they told me to arrive 30 minutes early. Their reminder text I got yesterday said "see you at 3:30." Nothing about arriving 30 minutes early or they would 100% cancel my appointment and reschedule it. The office person said she would go ask if they would still see me and came back minutes later and said no. If this is how they treat their patients, I don't think I want to ever go there. Not very flexible or understanding. The office seemed nice and the people did seem nice. I just feel like better communication was needed in their text reminders for new patients. Now I will have to find another place and who knows how long their wait will be. So disappointed.

After nearly an hour and a half of being ignored, we walked out. The front desk was empty except for the receptionist, and just beyond her, we could see a group of staff laughing and socializing without a care in the world. It was deeply upsetting to witness this kind of disregard during such a serious and stressful time. For a place that claims to care about women's health, their actions showed the opposite. Absolutely disgusting. it's been almost an hour since we left and they have not even called to check on her.

The rooms and all of the hospital are brightly, decorated to attract children and cause them to want to be here. The staff are extremely friendly, very thoughtful, very supportive and encouraging and extremely proficient in their jobs. Dr. Lydia Washer had incorrect information about basic disease processes and did not want to ask for a second opinion. When she had no explanation for my daughter's concerning symptoms, I began to ask her questions. At that point Dr. Washer was completely unprofessional. She began to cry and say she had had a really hard day. She then abruptly walked out of the room and discharged us minutes later without answering my questions or giving any explanation for very concerning symptoms. Had we left and not sought alternative care there could have been a very different outcome. I WOULD NOT TRUST ACHNW WITH THE CARE OF YOUR CHILDREN!!!! I have heard too many stories like my own.

At 38 weeks, things seemed to progress so I scheduled an appointment just to see my status. He stripped my membrane WITHOUT my knowledge and consent. I had plenty of exams while pregnant, and none were like this. My husband was present, and was shocked at how rough and apathetic he was. It was extremely painful, and blood was everywhere. I went into labor the next day, and I suspect it's due to his procedure. He had no right to do that, and I regret not reporting it. Had I known what happened at that time, I would've.

When she first arrived the door was locked and even though the receptionist looked up and seen her she did not bother to let her in. After going back to the car and making a call she instructed us to go to the door which was now unlocked. Upon checking in the receptionist began to speak Spanish thinking due to my daughters complexion she was Hispanic do after we spoke English she then was very short and rude with us. I have found the entire staff to be very rude other than the doctor which is why I continue to go. The care in that aspect has always been great but as for the rest I just feel as if a bother to everyone there
