Also in this health center is the Imaging Center and Breast Care Clinic where I have been getting mammograms and other treatment for over 10 years now. I have always had super prompt service, fabulous technicians, state of the art equipment, and quick and thorough communication afterwards. The one time there was a concern, I dealt with the radiologist while still on site. Today I had a screening using the new 3-D imaging which picks up more super early cancers when they can be treated less aggressively. I highly recommend Mercy for breast care health.

My PCP is my favorite PCP I've ever had. and I just met my psychiatrist like a week ago, but oml he seems so cool and relatable. :D I have lost like over 45 pounds (if not more, im not totally sure actually but i know it was at least 45!) since i started seeing my current pcp and i am feeling so much better. My diabetes is "controlled" and my liver numbers are looking a LOT better too. The receptionists are great, and they are bilingual. I love this, but I don't need this because I mean I only speak english. But It's great that they do offer it, because I notice a lot of the patients that aren't well. um. lol... me! seem to speak spanish. I think they even have some receptionists who speak hindi! I'm not totally sure though. The interior was renovated in the last few years i think? And I like the new way things are set up. Community Clinic has really stepped up it's game. I liked my previous PCP too who was also at this location but she left and Idk why, but that's out of my control. point is um. My new one I like a bit more actually. SHoutut Dr Melissa Swearingen, shoutout Psychiatrist Dr Kern, and also u know what? shout out the phlebotomists who do labs! Yall rock it every time! I used to get so nervous getting needles in me and you guys just make it a smooth operation every time, no matter which of you it is! :D Love Community Clinic. Stay blessed!

But right in the beginning they estimated me at 15 weeks going based off my last period, but I have PCOS and my periods have always been irregular, they didn't offer an ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the age of pregnancy, doctors reasoning was "we don't have anyone trained to use that machine". But she tried to find the heartbeat and was unsuccessful. Well at the second appointment (4 weeks later) I told the doctor that was in training when she was looking for the heartbeat, that I didn't believe I was 19 weeks pregnant and she told my main doctor that and they tried to find the heartbeat but was unsuccessful again, then they attempted to use the ultrasound machine an this was the first time I was able to see my baby bean, let's just say she guesstimated how far along we were ( 9 weeks an 5 days) but I told her I have an appointment with mercy for an ultrasound the very next day to confirm age of baby bean (10 weeks an 1 day) and they gave me pictures too. Well fast forward to now, a few days away from my 3rd appointment with them and I've been trying to find a new OB since the beginning but every place I call tells me no that I can not be transferred and never tells me why. Well willow creek was very kind to tell me that community clinic likes to lock prenatal patients in a contract until 28 weeks but the way to get out of that is to have community clinic transfer/fax records to the office you are wanting the OB services. I just want quality care for pregnancy, and I don't feel that I have been getting that with community clinic. The doctors and nurses are very kind and nice. But sometimes it's not clear that everyone knows exactly what to do.

I have never had such as a unpleasant experience with something as simple as scheduling an appointment. I had a referral sent over from my primary care doctor and it took 11 days for them to even SCHEDULE me an appointment. I called several times during that time frame and I kept being told they were waiting on records until finally I was told they had no idea who I was and they had practically no information on me at all!! I am not an impatient person but this was horrendous and so unprofessional. I am trying desperately to see the doctor before the end of the years and I have wasted 11 days because these people have no idea what they are doing. I am beyond frustrated. I'm wearin them now! haha and they are good ! So i'm happy. Just maybe don't try to pick your new frames blindly.... I looked like a female dahmer for a year. :| the decor is nice, the arrangement of the building is ..interesting, with like multiple different waiting rooms, a separate area entirely for the glasses, and then a area for exams and a entire other separate area for surgeries. I can't speak to the surgery side of things, i have not had surgery on my eyes before. Hopefully i wont..but i mean u never know. Anyways um it's agood place and the doctor was really nice and made it easy to follow directions. the receptionists were quick to respond to each patient and the paperwork you fill out when you get there is minimal enough that you can finish it before you get called back by the nurse for your preliminary eye exam. The nurse i had was also very accomodating to me and she was patient when I had trouble figuring out how to use the little vision tester box. overall it's a great place, but its the only eye doctor ive ever been to so im just gonna rate it a 4 since i dont have anything at all to compare it to.

They are being paid thru insurance. Won't give me a copy of my prescription so I can buy new glasses since mine are broken. If they think I will be back or even purchase another pair of glasses from them they are totally mistaken. I will not refer anyone else to them as well. What a scam!
