Floors are good enough. Felt pressured to pick a stain quick after I had to request the stain brands he uses so I had more than five minutes to pick. It was nerve wracking and the worker he sent said most people take long to choose a stain and I wasn't being difficult as the owner insinuated I was. The other problem was the transition from the hardwood to our kitchen tile was not done with care. We now have a long divet in the floor in front of the transition. They used the large sander instead of the hand sander which would have made the transition smooth. My husband will have to fix it because they wouldn't when we asked them to look at it. Very disappointed with the way we were treated. Not impressed!!!

I hired this company to refinish my hardwood floors. The job should have took about a week…read more Unfortunately, it took several weeks mostly due to the company's own mistakes. This added time caused me to have to get a hotel for a week. I found the owner Max to be unprofessional. The longer the job took to complete the more his professionalism decreased it seemed. A few examples that I find demonstrate his unprofessionalism were his lying and this belief that he could have charged me for the time it took him to fix his mistakes. I also found his threat of suing me and putting a lien on my home very unprofessional, when I had never once said he was not getting final payment. It was never brought up because the final walk through kept getting postponed because of their mistakes. The day I confronted him on him lying was when he ended the job and claimed it was complete and said if he didn't get his final payment he would sue me and put a lien on my house. He was paid the final payment when he came back to my home and fixed my sink (they put brushes with oil poly in my sink, which caused poly to be stuck to my stainless steal sink). The end result of the hardwood floors I would say is average. The sanding and staining for the most part look good with the exception of the stairs and closet. The finish however has hard bumps, hairs, craters, and in some spots the poly appears to separating between the boards. It gives a white line look, which is noticeable since l opted for a dark stain. My closet was poly shaded, because the stain wasn't right. My stairs are much darker than the rest of the floor despite the treads being the same type of wood as the rest of the floor. I also don't care for the oil poly he chose to use (Bona woodline). I wish I would have pushed for duraseal premium (fabulon).

They just wanted to sell me a new furnace. John, said he would come and take a look to see if he could do anything. Do anything???? He literally fixed it in less than 10 minutes!! His experience and knowledge was impressive to say the least. My unit is fixed, and yes I'm going to need a new one soon. And I'll be going to John to do it. Good honest man who does an amazing job, doesn't want to price gouge you or pressure you, when you are already stressed at having no heat in your home. I contacted John from JBN Mechanical and he came around the next day. He identified what he thought was the problem and came back the next day. The new part didn't fix the problem, and things were looking grim. But John went looking again and found a wire that had either been chewed by a mouse or scraped up against the unit's casing. He fixed this and recharged the system and everything is working very well. And I didn't have to buy a whole new system!! John was professional and very courteous and I would trust him to do an honest job for you, if you need HVAC solutions. I have no problem giving a 5-star review.

Soo their realtor left and said sadly no one came. Two hours later at the original time several people showed up at our house, so we had to show our own house with no realtor support. They didn't offer to help stage the house even though they talked about it when they first came to see our house. Instead they suggested I get my girlfriend to help me!!! When the house was sold we discovered that we weren't getting back $550 in propane because it wasn't listed in the contract. They said oh we don't deal with those things!! Really, cause as our representative they should have. We had no idea that the real estate laws had changed since the last time we had sold a home . Then, the day before closing they are calling to say we didn't disclose our second mortgage. We had actually visited their office to make sure they had our second mortgage information, but in adding the second mortgage they erased the information for the first mortgage and couldn't find that information. Again, they deflected all resonsibility and offered no apology. Everyone else made all of these mistakes they said. They are never wrong, and they never apologize. The day of closing we had to put $750 in an escrow acct. for a minor repair. They gave us the buyers agent's number to deal with directly. After all they got their money, they were done. They never contacted us to remind us we only had a week to repair the issue, or to see if we got our money back. Our friend fixed the problem for $10. They are all about their money and really don't care much about yours!!
