I was never informed of this, and was told all my personal belongs were covered. I then asked Tom if E Bikes were covered, and he said same as motor bikes, they need their own policy. Two weeks prior, I bought an E Bike and called his office to make sure it was covered on my policy. I was informed it was covered on my policy, as were all my belongings up to $10,000. I will be canceling this service tomorrow, and looking into other options. This was a complete scam.

No business to do, no additional needs, not buying any insurance... just stopped in to say hi. And they welcomed me as a friend, like always. Another client was just leaving, with a lot of laughs and warmth and smiles. That's how it is. Because that's who they are. They become a partner and friend.
