Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future if I need to tweak my coverage again.

Fred Loya Insurance is a disaster. I have full coverage with a $2500 deductible. I was in a…read moreparking lot getting out of my car and another car came into the parking space next to me, not aware of her surroundings, I saw her coming at me jumped back into my car and before I could close the door she hit it and my legs got caught between the door getting in as she plowed into my door. I submitted a claim with her insurance and Fred Loya. I took the car in for a picture and was contacted the next day and told the estimate was $850 to fix it and they would not pay because I hadn't met the deductible. They never contacted the other insurance, but I was told it was 50/50. I since went to two other auto shops who estimated over $2500, it needs a new door. I called to cancel my policy because I found a reputable company that will cover ne at less monthly and $1000 deductible. I was told I had to go into the office and cancel. I work all day, and with today's technology, there is not one insurance company that makes you come in and sign.. With this type of rating from so many people, the STATE OF COLORADO Division of Regulatory Agencies needs to conduct an audit.
