Even though we are AAA members I had never stepped into one of their offices. My daughter is going to Japan and she was told to get an international drivers license just to be sure she has no issues driving there since she will be there a few months at a time. I called Scott Bazz personally a few times questioning my coverage and rates and not much advise was given. I am very busy and don't have much time to review the policy every year and haggle over rates, when the bill came for $ 3,200, I had enough with them. They used to call or email and check in with their clients, that has stopped about 5 years ago. I don't think they care anymore . When I called no one even asked "what can we do, why are you canceling". Sadly, I would not use this insurance company again, there are better one out there , hope this review helps !
