The store is broken up by two floors and both offer some very unique items. I was really impressed by the first floors selection of furniture for such an inexpensive price. This little town is a little beat down but it just oozes charm! At around 10 o'clock Victorian House Antiques seemed to be the only shop open (correction: they technically open at 11 but the shop owner was in and kindly allowed us in early to look around. Extra star for him!). I love all things funky and old and this store had a pretty solid stock of every random piece of antique furniture or doo-dad you could think of. Although the shop is a tad small the entire store was expertly organized and tidy. I've been to some shops that are so crammed full of junk you're literally required to twist and bend just to get around. This was not the case here. Another pretty awesome feature is the price comparison done with some of the larger pieces. The shop will list their price along with a description of the piece and then they'll post a print-out from ebay with the pricing info and stats on a similar piece. You're essentially comparison shopping without any leg work! Although I didn't make any purchases this is definitely a store I will be making a trip back to when I'm in the market for some accent pieces. Nearly everything I saw (shelves, little cart bars, end tables, etc., etc) was in crazy good condition and very reasonably priced. Well done Victorian House Antiques!

My friend then asked her did you just cuss at us and she said no, and repeated herself cussing again. This woman is extremely rude. I told her I was going to be reporting her to the business every she was attending and she told me go ahead in a dismissive way. When we were leaving, she proceeded to talk to other customers about us and this situation. This woman should not be in business and after reading several other reviews, I see people have had the same experience. It's unfortunate people have to encounter this kind behavior from a business owner who clearly lacks customer service.
