I added a review on Google and I see that since it was a bad review they deleted it. If you complaint about anything here and the leasing manager wants to help you they end up getting fire. I know because they have gotten rid of 3 leasing agents. This place is a joke and the maintenance guy they have is the worst maintenance I have ever seeing in any of the places I've lived. He obviously don't know how to fix anything and everything he does is half ass done. I have been renting at Creekside Village since 2014. Upon signing my lease, I paid a pet deposit and agreed to a monthly pet fee. At the end of my lease this year, after having given my notice to vacate, I asked for my apartment to be inspected so I could be approved for another unit. Danika, the current property manager, assured me that so long as my unit is in good condition that I would be transferred to a different unit. Today, I allowed Danika, Nicole (whoever that is) and the maintenance man to walk through my unit. I made sure to clean it from top to bottom, and there are NO damages. I have pictures of how nice my unit is proving NO DAMAGES. Before leaving, I asked Danika if she saw any problems with my unit. She said, "To be honest with you, when I walked in, I could tell you had pets, but you did a great job cleaning." Okay. Yes, I have pets. Yes, I pay for them. Mind you, this lady is nine months pregnant, so of course her sense of smell is intensified. She informed me she would fill out a "rubric" and let me know my "score" by the end of the day and whether or not I was approved. A few hours later, I received an email from Danika stating that even though there are no visible damages to the apartment, the only way I would be allowed to rent a new unit would be to pay $1,200 to replace the entire unit's carpeting and GET RID OF MY PETS. Get rid of my pets/family? Why? Because you can smell them? My unit is in near perfect condition. Of course you can smell a cat litterbox. Needlless to say, I have informed Danika that my two sons, my husband and myself have no where to go due to credit issues, and she has so informed me that even so, I am not even permitted to continue to rent the unit I have paid $1,000 for each month for a year. BEWARE OF CREEKSIDE APARTMENTS!!! My family could be out on the street at the end of this month EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FOLLOWED THE TERMS OF MY LEASE WITH NO ISSUES. I gave notice. I let them inspect. I am actually a tenant at creekside village... I would advise you NOT to rent here. The apartment I live in is a two bedroom town home. It reeks of old smoke and it's a non smoking apartment. I was told it was repainted and that was the cause of the smell at first.... 8 months later it smells like stale cigarette smoke! The pipes were froze for 3 months and the maintenance guy came and said "nothing he could do because it was due to the weather"..... The dead bolt latch locks on the front and back doors were nailed in drywall NOT in a stud, so when you open the door, if it's latched... the entire molding comes out of the wall. I asked for this to be fixed and needless to say.... It wasn't!! The thermostat is busted and falls off the wall... Not been fixed either. In the winter, when the wind blows it's like a fan blowing through the windows and doors Bc the seals are all damaged. The weather stripping on the bottom of the front door was layered, instead of doing it properly and removing all layers and then attaching it they just nailed more layers on... So it peels away from the bottom of the door. The window latches were all busted and they rigged them by using a bolt and screw. Those were actually replaced after I complained. Nothing is included with your monthly rent... Water isn't included, dumpster isn't included (you pay a fee monthly), a rental renewal fee is charged monthly of $8.00 and there's no pool or any amenities... It's not worth the cost and I have tried to cancel my rental agreement due to relocating and they will not allow it. I pay for a dump that I don't even live in. One other thing, since I moved in Creekside Village this is the third apartment manager they have had and the second maintenance guy in 8 months. This place is poorly managed and run!!! read more

Worst place you could possible rent from! Property manager is not a people person and makes commitments she chooses not to fill. 2.5 years I lived there and several things never were fixed even after requesting it to be done over and over. I had a waterfall from the gutter ever time it rained and it flooded my front entry. What was the prop managers excuse, 'they can only come out when its not raining and then they cant see the issue.' My response, 'I have plenty of video and photos. Send them over and I will show them the issue.' Of course nothing. Black mold from leaks. Vents are filled with 2+ inches of mold and dust. They allow people to drive 35 mph+ thru the parking lots. i was almost hit one day going to my mailbox! The prop manager comes out and yells at the kids to clean up their toys while they are outside playing. So much for family friendly. They threaten you with letters on your doors to fine you or fine you for stupud things like your childs bike tire showing an inch from around the patio fence. Moved out and the move out papers are the first I hear of being required to clean carpets professionally or you will be charged 75.00. NOT disclosed ever or in rental agreement...besides it a state law lessers are to clean carpets and paint was lesee move out but they want to charge you more money. I was charged an extra 100.00 every month for going month to month and now they are charging me on my move out 'bill' a 100.00 for every month i was month to mobth again. CCharging me for items I clearly marked on my move in sheet. Curtain rods were left when I moved in but I leave them and are charged for them. Like I said any way to get money out of you. Its all they care about, more money. Tenants are a dime a dozen to them. Turn over is constant and very high due to poor living conditions, bad management and the cost. People move in and less than 6 months want to move out and regret moving in! Save your time, money and sanity! Dont move here!! Lifestyle communities is same rental price and has more amenities and a caring management. You will be much happier there! read more

This is the worst place I have ever lived!! I cannot wait to move out when my lease is up. I would not recommend this community to my worst enemy. The management and maintenance is horrible!! My walls were not painted before I moved in, which is illegal. I had multi holes in my walls that were barely repaired I had to hang pictures over them they were so bad. They do no landscaping or snow removal amongst many other things they DON'T do. What they will do, is fix things and then charge you for THEIR maintenance cost when it was THEIR fault. For example, my ceiling caved in due to the flooring people which Creekside hired to replace my floor. They MOVED my washer and did not tighten the hot/cold valves when they moved it back which caused my ceiling to cave in on my second floor. My leasing manager and maintenance guy both lied to me and said my brand new $800 washer, less than 1 1/2 years old, rusted out and leaked and that was why my ceiling caved in!! WRONG!!! Then they both proceeded to tell me that they repaired my washer for me without my consent to help me out. Which is illegal as well (they cannot touch a tenants property)!!! It took them over 2 weeks to repair my ceiling the hole was about 4 feet by 3 feet wide. And they tried to charge me for the repairs!!! They both lied again when I asked them to show me the part that rusted out and said they couldn't provide this part to me. Maybe because it didn't exist!! When I looked at the back of my washer I noticed the clamp they said they replaced, had never been touched because there was an inch of dust on it from when it was originally installed!! So if you would like to be lied to and have things turned around on you so they don't have to pay for the damage they do!! Then move on in!! This place is a joke! read more
