This is a hidden gem of a park in a quiet neighborhood in Milpitas. We were looking for local parks that were suitable for a toddler play date and decided to check out this place in person. We wanted to find a park that is relatively new/in good condition and not too crowded to let the little ones safely play. I'm honestly surprised that this isn't a more popular place to bring your kids. I suppose a part of it is because it is a neighborhood park without dedicated parking, although there is plenty of street parking. With that being said, the play area is gated so it is safe to let your children roam with supervision, the play structures are all in very good condition and the padded flooring is intact across the park. Very suitable for toddlers and older children, they even have a baby changing station inside of the bathroom, as well as adequate drinking fountains and drinking fountains for dogs. We were there on a Saturday morning, from 9 to 10am and were the only family there the entire time. This is completely different compared to some of the other parks in Sunnyvale or San Jose, where it can become a zoo by that time. We will definitely be setting up future play dates here. read more

This is a nice little park in milpitas! I was looking for dog parks. Found this place because I didn't want to go too far or to Ed Levin (i don't like having cellular signal issues lol). Definitely meant for the surrounding neighborhoods. There are multiple entrances but are basically towards the end of each street. It seems dog friendly enough with a dog enclosure and easy to stroll around and walk your dog. There's a nice grassy area in the center and I noticed a few instances of owners playing catch with their dogs off-leash. There are picnic tables by the playground and public bathrooms all in the same area. The only water fountain I found was by the picnic/playground/bathroom area and it had a lower fountain for dogs. **Dog park: The dog area was really small, all dirt with one bench. Big dog and small dog are separated but the size is pretty similar to each other with the big dog having just a LITTLE bit more space. It was empty for me except for 1 dog owner but I wonder if there would be more dogs after-work hours for some socialization :-) you would have to walk a little but further down to the main area for water fountain. read more

One of the best parks we have been to with a really really amazing playground. We have been to many parks before and nothing like this. Great playground because of all the safety and amazing stuff for the kids. There is no sand or wood chips which is great! No need to worry for splinters. They use foam grounding incase they fall. There is a ring around jungle gym which is super cool! Not only that they have a rock climbing thing for kids to enjoy climbing (which mine does) the entire place is fenced off as well so children aren't able to go on the road. So cool and will definitely be back. See photos of the facility if it helps It's great for all ages because the location is split for younger and older kids. They honestly go to both to be honest. They have a swing with a lock on it for toddlers and young children. Im going around trying new dog parks and I really liked this one its good for socialization because a lot of people walk around on scooters and bikes and a bunch of kids playing and my dog can watch while in an enclosed space its wonderful for training read more

Creighton Park is just off Dempsey Rd. most of the acreage is grass. there's also a dog park, a swing area and a large children's playground. in the back, there are picnic tables. a bathroom is near the playground. read more

What a nice park in the middle of a neighborhood! There's also a public restroom! The play structure has many interesting features and areas for kids to climb, slide, walk on, sway/teeter totter, etc. There are also musical instruments that the kids can play with. The toddler section is great as well with so many opportunities for them to climb and slide. There are two areas for parties. Both have sufficient shade and tables. I love how it's such a clean park! This will definitely be one of our go to park's in Milpitas! read more

My wife hosted an event for ~10 families at the park. This park has lots of great attributes. There is a great play area with fun play structures. There is a really nice area with tables and BBQ grills with sun shades that you can reserve. There is a really large open grassy area, bathrooms and a dog park. The only downside was that there is just street parking and if there are a lot of people out, you might have to park down the street a bit. Overall it's a really great neighborhood park. read more

I yelped parks and came across this park. I was looking for a park with updated play structures, so glad I came across this one. This park has many sides to park but it is not directly by street. The play structure has one entrance which I love. There is a area for a little party or get together which is nice. I arrived on a nice Saturday around noon. There were others here but not too crowded. I love that everyone except little kids wore their mask and properly. There is a big play structure and small one and all the other things are separated which is great. There is a good amount of benches which are also spreaded apart. There is a bathroom which is always a plus at a park. We love this park and definitely will be back. It seems to be a go to neighborhood location. read more

Great park with shade, bathroom and play structure! It is in a quiet neighborhood with street parking however it does run parallel to highway. It does not have it's own parking lot. The park has a few excercise structures including a twisting one, a good field and dog parks. The play structure offers different play such as a small and large see saw and a merry-go-around type structure. It also has young kid and big kids climbing walls. There's a water drinking fountain refillable water station. read more

*REVIEW FOR THE DOG PARK ONLY* This dog park is small and has no grass, so just a heads up if that's a requirement for you and your dog. For me, it is not, hence the high rating. It's well kept and has poop bags and a trash can within the enclosure so that's nice. I saw three other pet owners with their dogs walking around the grass area, but no one came to the dog park so it doesn't seem like many people frequent it. If you're searching for an off leash dog park that is clean and does not have many dogs, this maybe perfect for you. If you prefer a dog park with other dogs for your pup to play with, I'd suggest going elsewhere. read more

Very nice new park that has (small dog park) I mean it's pretty small, I've never seen one this small. But they do have a big open grass area I'm sure dogs can go there and run around. But you dog owners better pick up your dogs poop! They have a nice walking dirt trail that goes around the whole park. BBQ and bench area with lights as well. The playground I like cuz it has a gate so kids can't get out easily. Park is in a nice community, the only down side is parking. I don't see an actual parking lot but there are plenty of courts to park in, along the park and by the dog park area. I like this place cuz there are lights at night so we can stay there late. Along with a clean bathroom too! I like how the actual play structure is basically new and disability friendly too! Swings, slides, climbing areas and much more! Would def be taking my kids back here soon! Thank you Milpitas for keeping this park clean. read more

Lovely park! Designated area for small and big dogs to play around. Two big area for group parties with tables and grills. Always friendly people walking around. Perfect designated area for kids to play on playground. Poop bags available on premises for your fur pup... Restrooms are available. Restrooms do not have hand soap! Or hand sanitizer! Best dog park ever. Clean park with supplies, bathroom, water station, small/dog play area, plus rest area!

It's a simple little park in the middle of the Park Town neighborhood. You can access the park from Dempsey and Mt. Shasta via Big Bear OR Matterhorn Ct. I love coming to this little park because in the center is a large area of grass, fully shaded by trees. A dirt track surrounds the grass, giving you at least 4 laps for a mile. At one end of the park, nearest the entrance at Dempsey is a children's playground. On many of memorable visits I was able to meet many of my neighbors and their lovable pets. I love coming here with my little pup so that the two of us can get some exercise and get to meet new people each and every time I'm here. Almost every time I've come to visit, I always run into somebody I've met once before. I love it here. On most days, the park is empty and peaceful. It's just a beautiful place to get away to whenever you need a quiet place to go to. read more

Beautiful park but not a lot of room for dogs to run and play. Either than that, very pretty and very clean!

When our schnauzer was a little puppy, I used to come home during lunch to take her out to go pee and get some fresh air. One of my fondest memories was picking up some lunch before heading home, get the pup ready and drive over to Creighton Park and spend my lunch with her under a shady tree. I love the accessibility of this park and the fact that it is well kept. Definitely a great neighborhood park. read more

Creighton park - you are a lovely oasis in the middle of Milpitas. Nice little neighborhood park which is quite pleasant. I walk my in laws' fat beagle here from time to time and always enjoy it. I'd highly suggest walking across the field as you get a very nice perspective of this little park. Cool, peaceful place. read more

Great park. We go here daily unless its raining. Very peaceful and relaxing. Never many people. Most of the time we have the park to ourselves with the exception of the occasional dog walker. We have spent hours here and not see any one. Play structure is great for children. Nice walking path around the park. Water fountain at one end of the park. For dog owners they have poo bags at one end of the park. Great park for a picnic. The only flaw about this park is there isn't a bathroom which is ok for our family as we live very close we can run home fast for bathroom breaks. read more

My kid loves this park!! We typically go every weekend. Its good sized, not too crowded, nice neighborhood.
