The first 3 said there should be no problem with returning or exchanging it. Then the manager said we could not. We spoke with someone at another cremation business, who called and spoke with someone at Baldwin. Who said she would speak with the general manager. A week later she was surprised that no one had called us. I sent a letter to the general manage requesting he reconsider his decision. He never responded. Baldwin has been uncooperative. We are left with a $595 urn we will not use.
