My experience with the Neptune Society of Orlando, and Altamonte Springs with Trina was so incredibly kind, sensitive and really helped me heal from the sudden death of my father. Trina was so empathetic to my grief, especially because there were challenging family obstacles to navigate. Trina was always respectful and discrete. The facility was beautiful, very calming, clean and extremely bright and cheerful. My fathers body was an excellent condition and I felt they were really hard to preserve his dignity. My experience with Neptune Society was superior... Many times death is unexpected, and making these arrangements is at a time when we are under so much stress and grief... I really advise you to reach out to the entire staff with Trina's guidance at the Neptune Society of Orlando to guide you through this process... They just made the burden so much easier to bear. The compassion that was shown to me in my darkest of days was the greatest. Every step of the way they were there to help. I felt as if they truly cared about my feelings and my concerns. When the primary care doctor declined to sign the death certificate they continued to support my family and get the matter resolved. I am so blessed to have had the caring team of the Neptune Society by my side. Trina was amazing to work with my brother and I were at a loss our mother passed away suddenly. Trina was there every step of the way even called me on her personal time off to make sure we made it back to North Dakota and made sure that my mother's ashes were delivered on time and in a timely matter she even worked extra hard to make sure that we were able to get A death certificate ASAP since we live out of state I would definitely recommend Neptune Society we were very very pleased with everything!
