I initially reached out for a coorporate event to be hosted in August, but my colleagues kept pushing out our deadline and now here we are in November. Of all the crepe-catering vendors we reached out to, Laetitia was the only one who continued contact with us and never lost her patience. I am so exceedingly greatful to her for her flexibility. I hosted a "Winter in Paris" Holiday Office party, and I could not have been happier with Crepe Madame. I found them through yelp and relied on the reviews. They did not disappoint!! With everyone in the office, we've begun "International Night" to celebrate the birth countries of all our employees. Tonight was France and Belgium, so we asked for Laetitia and Crepe-Madame to bring in dinner and dessert crepes (yes, for you fancy people, savory and sweet!). Our French employees brought their own raclette machines, so it was melted cheese everywhere you turned. Laetitia was a great host, and the line for her crepes lasted until she left. People kept saying, "I'm full, but maybe I have room for just one dessert crepe." She had both buckwheat [for our gluten free staff] and regular flour, so everyone was happy with her creations. We were 25 people, and Laetitia managed all of us herself. If we hadn't had the raclette machines, I think it would have made sense for her to bring help, but she worked with our budget, knew we'd have alternative stations, and gave us a fantastic tribute to France and Belgium. Easily some of the best crepes I've ever had. They cater at our workplace about once a month and it is one of the best meals of the month without a doubt. The line always gets super long once everyone gets notified that food is ready. The caterers are also really nice and cool. They do have a small menu, but you can also mix and match ingredients however you want and they have TONS of ingredients (just don't make your crepe too big). I typically go for the vegetarian crepe option and add pesto and avocado to it and it is absolutely divine. Catered crepes sound delicious with just the name, and Crepe Madame definitely did not disappoint! They had 4 staff members each manning 2 crepe stations, so 8 people at time (or well, 8 crepes at the time - for those who order more than one at once :P). Words will never be able to describe my happiness with Laetitia & her team on our special engagement day. From the very first phone call to the final goodbyes at the end of our party, Laetitia was so professional, kind / caring, genuine / authentic, flexible / accommodating, patient, understanding, fun, etc etc. Food: I have to start here. Laetitia's menu changes by season, which is cool! These were by far the best crepes I & the other 60+ people at our engagement party ever had. Everyone kept raving about the food on the day of and the many days/months after. I still have people asking me for Laetitia's contact number because they want her team at their event. The crepes were very tasty, smooth in texture, extremely filling, and super creative. The filling/toppings she offers for her crepes are extensive. Also she is super flexible on what substitutions you want to make, which was so helpful for a party that had dietary restrictions. ANDDDD she makes VEGAN crepes (my fiancee is vegan and this was perfect on an important day). Lastly Laetitia let us bring soy chorizo ourselves, which just shows how flexible she is AND it shows that she is not in the business of nickel & diming you - she simply wants to make your day amazing. Service: Her team is so efficient and so understanding. On the day of Laetitia and her team came to our house and set up the food/table in no time. They were so prepared, having long electric cables, proper electrical tapes to tape down wires so that no one trips at the party, and they were efficient in the space provided. Also unfortunately there were moments where my house's electric board kept tripping and cutting off electricity - but I NEVER had to worry. The team was SO understanding and were always on top of finding another solution. They literally had wires running to my neighbors house and were just going above and beyond to make up for issues at my house. This is just incredible. And then there is their professionalism, positive attitude, and friendliness. All my guests were extremely happy with the team and how sweet they were. What's even more impressive is that Laetitia and her team were literally in the direct sunlight for a few hours (sorry team!), but they were such champs and did not let the sun get in their way of keeping up the energy. Lastly, her team brings EVERYTHING for you (electric cables, plates, utensils, etc). Also the plates/utensils are all environmentally friendly, which is a nice bonus. This was just next level service, end of story. Communication: I am a bit OCD, it's the truth. I want to make sure everything is perfect, on time, taken care of, have ton's of questions, etc. If I could share my email exchange with Laetitia on yelp, I really would. I literally have an 57 (that's right, 57) email exchanges with Laetitia. And boy, EVERY single response from her was positive, energetic, thoughtful, thorough, and just very empathetic. She never showed frustration for my million questions/concerns and was NEVER doubtful about getting things done. I just don't know how she does it, but I am so glad there's an individual like Laetitia around - she is truly a rockstar. Pricing: Talk about affordable. While the price per person may seem high for some folks, I simply don't know who provides all the points above (incredible food, service, and communication) at the price Laetitia provides. They have this orange spicy-mayo sauce that compliments everything all together. You've got to try it, it's the way they know how long to toast the crepe, how to prepare the meats.
