Acupuncture is probably the better option). And she's super reasonable. Not having to pay $100 an hour for rush-job acupuncture is worth 5 stars alone. Plus, cupping! It was one of the best decisions I made in 2010. I hobbled in to see her on a Saturday afternoon, I was surprised to find that she was not much older than I, very professional, and when we went over the little intake form her questions and comments were not only valid, but she seemed to take an actual genuine interest in how my (very physically demanding) job affected my general health. I have, in the past been underwhelmed with massage experiences because I feel like they worked too lightly on me- Emily was able to get in and really work the knots outta my muscles without it being uncomfortable. They are attentive to the little bell they leave in your room and are great at adjusting needles to your comfort, so you really do get the most out of your visit! You are not assigned an acupuncturist, so do not get accustomed to any one acupuncturist (not that you'll have the chance). Also, they are a bit disorganized with noting and collecting late cancellation fees, but they don't argue about returning your money. I'm trying the cupping therapy tomorrow and a herbal oil for emotions and digestive in the near future; I'm sure it'll be amazing given how things are going thus far!

I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often.
