I would rate them zero stars if I could. Sad excuse for a company. Rented TWO separate units over…read morethe last two years and had issues with both. One unit I lost almost all my items due to mold. My second unit was broken into and I've been going back and forth with them since October '25 for them to pay for what was stolen because I paid monthly for insurance. They used excuse after excuse and came up with a new excuse every time I proved their previous excuse wrong. They also refuse to hand over video surveillance footage to the police department so they can properly investigate the 25+ other units that were broken into as well. So now I'm out over $2,000 worth of my collectible items from theft, over $1,000 in items lost from mold and can't even see the people responsible be brought to justice. Do better. They even sent me an email with directions to file a claim to a whole company that doesn't even facilitate with Storage of America so I spent at least 12 hours gathering information and filling out forms on a company's website for literally nothing. I would NEVER trust this company to store any belongings that are worth anything to you personally or that are worth money. There were at least 25 units broken into and even more units where tenants lost all their items due to mold.
