Rented a chainsaw to my friend that is 70 years old. He asked the guy to give him the run down of the unit. As it has been some time since he used one. 1/3 of the way through The job. It stoped working. 35 min drive back to the shop only to be told it was a hidden break. operator error and no kind of break in the price. With that trip. the time spent dealing with the chain, then to add another trip back and forth. Very frustrated It wasn't worth taking it home for what would of been the remaining 4 hours. The job is still not done and the unit was returned 4 hours early. No break in the price. This is just Bad business practice for a small business. The salesperson at Booms was informative, professional and helped me to select the right tool that I needed to get my job done. They set it up and taught me how to use it.
