company is trash worked there five years was pushed out the door no real explanation conveniently was right after I wrote a review for best place to work and exposed the racism unfair treatment promoting bad behavior God forbid you say something to your supervisor because then they start to get vindictive and looking for reasons to get rid of you I dealt with four different managers about my unfair treatment nothing was ever done besides give it time a new position is opening The craziest part to me is my supervisor went through seven leads but yet he's not a problem it's everybody else seven leads in four years how does it happen his division has the highest to turnover rate in the whole company read more

Entered a local contest here in bullhead city Arizona . For a ice chest from corona got a email I won they had my contact information my name address phone birthdate email my signature . Told me I won contest but must drive 197 miles each way to pick up my prize . Crazy don't think that's a prize . I buy there beer at my favorite grocery store 2 blocks away that's were I signed up for there contest . Well think I will now change my favorite beer . read more

This distributing company continues to inform me that Miller Fortune is discontinued. I contacted the brewery to confirm their statement. They are still producing it and blames the distributor. Why?!?! read more

Had a very unfortunate experience with this company. I have worked in the beverage sales industry for 30 years with a proven sales record, have received awards from my company on more than 1 occasion and have excellent recommendations. I was trying to transfer from another state to Arizona and another distributor had recommended Crescent Crown as I had sold this portfolio for many years. I had my interview after months of trying and even re-scheduling last minute per their request- I felt it went well. I was told that they would contact me by a specific date. That date came and went. I reached out to gentleman that interviewed me and was told " They were going in a different direction" When I asked if there was anything that I could do to improve my interview/ get feedback I was told " This is what I tell everyone who doesn't get the job , They were going in a different direction. That was all he would say. I am an experienced sales rep with a proven track record of success and a US Navy Veteran and I am ok with not getting chosen. Sometimes that happens. But have the courtesy and respect to follow-up and give feedback when asked. What a poor experience and if that is the way this company operates, that is a shame. read more

I had seen their ad on Facebook for flavored syrups for coffees etc, including cherry syrup so I…read moredecided to go check it out. I wasn't sure what the price would be but I figured I'd find that out when I got there. I had to go someplace else that direction anyway so it was a good chance to stop in without adding too many miles on my car. I had fun just wandering around looking at everything and nobody bothered me. I finally found the aisle with the syrups and holy cow I've never seen so many choices in one place! You name a flavor and I bet they had it. Then I realized that they also had the sugar free versions of most of them and the price was only $7. Then when I looked across the aisle I saw that they had another whole aisle with a different brand, DaVinci on one side and Torani on the other side. I couldn't decide which brand to get so I just stuck with the first one I found and it turned out to be a good choice. I tasted it as soon as I got home and it tastes just like Maraschino Cherry syrup in a jar which is exactly what I was looking for. I got the sugar free version and it has no artificial sweetener taste that I noticed. I've been using it in my coffee in the mornings to simulate the flavor of Michigan Cherry coffee which I've been craving since I haven't been to Michigan in 10 years. I've also put it in unflavored sparkling water to make a cherry soda. A few weeks ago I had found a bag of those little pouring tops at a thrift store and bought them on a whim so I could immediately put one of them on my syrup to make it easier to pour. It gives me much more control. I bought two or three other things and there were a couple things I was looking for that they didn't seem to have but I was happy when I left. I think everything was under $10 total. The only issue I had and I'm knocking off one star for it is that I picked up a pack of pretty good quality looking toilet paper, just a four pack, and it was marked $1.50. I didn't realize till I got home that I got charged $1.99. That's not a lot of money and it would cost me more gas money to go back and get reimbursed but it was irritating. I'm assuming she probably scanned the barcode and it came up at a different price than what the sticker on it said but it did have an actual sticker on it that said a $1.50. Other than that the lady at the front counter was super nice and when I got a catch in my throat while I was talking to her she went and got me a bottle of cold water for no charge. As hot as it was out I really appreciated that. I would say it's a store that has excellent customer service not to mention a vast selection of large and small kitchen type equipment. If you need a hard to find item, it's likely they carry it.

I've been wanting to write a review about Crescent Crown but I never got the time until now. So my husband applied for Crescent Crown got hired and started his 90 day probation. My husband liked the job and enjoyed it. He'd wake up early in the morning at 2am to get ready and went where ever they sent him to stock beers in stores no matter how far he had to drive he drove to his destination. Then Crescent Crown all of a sudden fires my husband when his probation was finally done and right before Christmas! Crescent Crown said he was fired due to his refusal to drive far. So my husband got sick but he still showed up to work while sick. He was working with one of his manager name Phil and they finished all their stores for the day. Then Phil received a message that an employee needed help stocking their store. Before deciding to heading to this store Phil gave my husband a choice to either go to the store or use his PTO and rest up since he was basically done for the day and he was sick! My husband chose to rest and Phil agreed to let him go home and rest because he was sick. Then Phil went back to the warehouse and went behind my husband back and told the big boss that my husband refused to go to the other store because it's a far drive. WTF Crescent Crown! My husband had no problem driving far! Phil set my husband up to fail! WTF Phil! If you wanted my husband to go to that store then you shouldn't have given him a choice! Later I found out that apparently Phil was having an affair at a Frys parking lot! At one of the stores they stock beers at! Since my husband knew this Phil was scared that his secret might get out. First of all Phil my husband doesn't care about your affair! He doesn't care what you do with your life, your marriage, and your drama!!! My husband cares about his job, family, and his health. He's got a family to take care of why would my husband jeopardize his job?!?Crescent Crown fired my husband right when his 90 day probation was up and before Christmas which was so messed up. After they fired my husband for no actual reason we called Crescent Crown HR Tracy to ask for my husband performance documents so we could see his performance record that they kept about him. Tracy who said she'd send it never sent it. Crescent Crown have terrible service and horrible managers! And this Phil is from Surprise/Phoenix Arizona Crescent Crown Distribution! If they fired my husband for that one reason then they should be firing most of their employees!They lost a good hard working dedicated employee! Also there are jobs out there who will hire you and fire you right when your 90 day probation is up so they don't have to offer you the job benefits like medical...and Crescent Crown is one of them! read more

Crescent Crown Distributing is the single best beer company, in all of Arizona. The people that work there really put all their time, effort, and work into this job. I order some beer for my local gas station and it came earlier the expected , and the man whom put all of the beer in the isle was super quick, and hard working I barely even saw go in and out. I've actually met one of their workers. He told me about all of the different things he had to do namely, lift kegs, throw almost 5,000 thousand cases of beer a night and has to work semi trucks as well. he has been working there for almost 8 years now. All I'm saying is that their employees really work hard and their company deserves better credit. I was very shocked to see that they had gotten many 1 star reviews. With a company like that I say they deserve more. In my opinion, I think they should spread out and expand their company a little. So if you are trying to find a beer manufacturer I suggest you choose Crescent Crown Distributing for your company manufacturing and stock for beer.( It's so odd.
