I just want to say Jesse at the Mesa Store Az. He went beyond excellent customer service. When we…read morewere picking out a spa he answered all of our questions and even asked us what we wanted out of a spa, he texted me back every time I text a question. He stayed after store hours to load up our spa even waited for us to get there. We hooked it all up last night my husband and I were very happy on the looks of the spa how well it works. So to all that said it's dirty , so was ours it took 2 minutes to wipe out. Happens with shipping. No big deal. We were very pleased all round with service and product. That you.

By far the sketchiest "hot tub and golf cart store". Would explain the dozens of negative reviews…read moreand poor conditions the store was in. Dozens of dirty hot tubs and golf carts just thrown around on a showroom floor. I guess when a retailer sells both you should probably question that. Sales man working referred us online to check specifics online to learn more about applicable options for each hot tub. What's the point of having a store if you can't go over options in person? You get a so called "quote" in person that comes hours after you visit and find every little thing to add up- talk about deceptive advertising. Then you go online and the prices for shipping/setup are different. Save yourself an hour and go with a reputable company in the valley that is well established and not an "outlet" for crap discount prices. Check the BBB ratings on this company as well- you will find horror stories of customers whose products have failed and little to no follow up or resolution.

I had seen their ad on Facebook for flavored syrups for coffees etc, including cherry syrup so I…read moredecided to go check it out. I wasn't sure what the price would be but I figured I'd find that out when I got there. I had to go someplace else that direction anyway so it was a good chance to stop in without adding too many miles on my car. I had fun just wandering around looking at everything and nobody bothered me. I finally found the aisle with the syrups and holy cow I've never seen so many choices in one place! You name a flavor and I bet they had it. Then I realized that they also had the sugar free versions of most of them and the price was only $7. Then when I looked across the aisle I saw that they had another whole aisle with a different brand, DaVinci on one side and Torani on the other side. I couldn't decide which brand to get so I just stuck with the first one I found and it turned out to be a good choice. I tasted it as soon as I got home and it tastes just like Maraschino Cherry syrup in a jar which is exactly what I was looking for. I got the sugar free version and it has no artificial sweetener taste that I noticed. I've been using it in my coffee in the mornings to simulate the flavor of Michigan Cherry coffee which I've been craving since I haven't been to Michigan in 10 years. I've also put it in unflavored sparkling water to make a cherry soda. A few weeks ago I had found a bag of those little pouring tops at a thrift store and bought them on a whim so I could immediately put one of them on my syrup to make it easier to pour. It gives me much more control. I bought two or three other things and there were a couple things I was looking for that they didn't seem to have but I was happy when I left. I think everything was under $10 total. The only issue I had and I'm knocking off one star for it is that I picked up a pack of pretty good quality looking toilet paper, just a four pack, and it was marked $1.50. I didn't realize till I got home that I got charged $1.99. That's not a lot of money and it would cost me more gas money to go back and get reimbursed but it was irritating. I'm assuming she probably scanned the barcode and it came up at a different price than what the sticker on it said but it did have an actual sticker on it that said a $1.50. Other than that the lady at the front counter was super nice and when I got a catch in my throat while I was talking to her she went and got me a bottle of cold water for no charge. As hot as it was out I really appreciated that. I would say it's a store that has excellent customer service not to mention a vast selection of large and small kitchen type equipment. If you need a hard to find item, it's likely they carry it.
