Idan made Several commitments ,in order to secure my business, that he did not follow through on. He committed filling and prepping damaged wood, which he did not complete, his reasoning was he ran out of filler and it was more than he thought, even afterphysically bidding the job Himself. He also committed to a 3 color paint job, then refused to properly paint the trim as it had been painted previously. He was not happy when asked to paint additional trim that he tried to skip, and made sever derogatory comments. His work was sloppy, he got overspray on my newly painted deck, because he did not properly cover it. He also got overspray on my washer and dryer, There was little effort to do a great job, everything seemed rushed and as many corners cut as possible.

He refused to show up for touch ups until I paid in full even though I don't think I owe $62 of the $13k paint job. So on the day of my house photos there were all kinds of painting mistakes all because I wasn't giving him the $62 I don't think I owe. I was the best host... I spent $75/day on snacks for the crew and was so understanding the whole time. Literally zero aloha. The main guy Ethan seems so nice but will turn on you in a second. Was barely there, made his guys do everything. He mentioned "all his customers" try to get money knocked off at the end - and now I know why. He didn't check things. Remodeled a 1444 sq ft ocean front condo in 2016. The four month project took well over a year and…read morewas never fully completed with open punch list items remaining. The condo had to be repainted several times and was ultimately not finished to industry standard. Some cabinets fronts attached wrong-side out, had to be removed, reversed and consequently had nail holes needed filling. Some cabinets were warped from sitting for so long and had to be replaced. Existing dishwasher front was damaged and touched up with paint. Brand new cabinets had to be touched up but are still visibly damaged. Master bath mirror erroneously had a hole cut for a light fixture where no fixture was planned. Soda cans, construction debris and garbage was present under the cabinets when removed. Flooring was done well as were the new sliding glass door installations.
