I will say, the gentlemen we spoke to on the phone was patient and explained everything but the lack of concern for its customers is what got me. Would never recommend this company ever again. Update. I would like to add that they are a bunch of thieves. Stole my husbands $500 Prada sunglasses and when threatened to be sued for theft, they removed our vehicle from the lot to look like it was never there.

They're the shop with the blue roof that's right next to the Mobil gas station on that intersection. My GPS told me to enter from the feeder road, but you actually need to turn into Chimney Rock and then come in by turning right onto Westpark Rd. There's hardly any parking either (like 3 spots or so)...BLEH. It was a Saturday morning and they were decently busy, but there wasn't a wait. The wheel alignment took only 45 minutes (I l had told them not to hurry since I had a ride and had gone to lunch, so they can probably do it faster if you had to stay and wait) and was only $45 (most can run from $50 to $99) so it was a pretty good deal. The alignment also comes with a 6000-mile warranty in case your car explodes after leaving the lot. A good recommendation from the guys at Hare Repair (it's also a good idea to mention that they're your mechanic since they know each other and will probably do better work, hehe). I'll definitely bring my car back here next time it needs tire work.

The new replacement 4KW generator was too large to fit in the same area without some very expensive modifications to the coach. Not a single shop in the Houston area was capable or willing , including Onan dealers, to even attempt a repair. Mitch was more than willing to take it on, found the parts that other dealers wouldn't even try to find, he had the knowledge and experience to rebuild the generator and it runs stronger and smoother than it ever has and at less than half the cost of a replacement generator and coach modifications.
