Was told there was a waiting list and not not taking new patients. Gee-- ya think before wasting other people's time they might have said something about not taking new patients when I first asked? I ALWAYS ask two questions up front... having worked in the medical industry: Are you taking new patients and do you take my insurance because it saves everyone's precious time.

Told Jennifer what I was looking for and she delivered. Even got a shampoo and conditioner during the service. She let me know if I wasn't happy with my haircut to come back and she'd fix it. Didn't need to do that but I will definitely be coming back for more haircuts. Prices are very reasonable and service is great.

He reviewed my kids future needs and shared the X-rays. We discussed a plan and what our local clinic could do to help. He went above and beyond to carr for my kid and she didn't have the pain she had with other places. The office is clean, staff is nice and receptionist is the perfect person to great clients. Her voice and interactions were polite, nice and warm. Way better than most places. Dental care costs! But walking into a place where reception is cold and rude... I never provide services to. I went to my dentist for a tooth ache this morning and was referred to CO West Endodontics for a…read moreroot canal. They happened to have an appointment available at 2:15, so I went. Dr. Barnhurst was thorough in his explanation of the need for my root canal, and he happily answered my many questions about the procedure. I have had 5 gum surgeries in the past, so I was shocked to discover that a root canal could be so pain-free. Dr. Barnhurst and his assistant are to thank for that. He is very gentle and provides enough anesthesia ensuring that it's a comfortable procedure, which is was. Finally, what a novel idea to provide noise-cancelling earphones and an ipod with classical music. Brilliant! It did make the time go by faster, for sure, and I didn't have to listen to them talk about drilling into my teeth. : ) I have been pain-free for nine-hours now with the help of ibuprofin. GREAT JOB!!!
