The staff and dentist at Crested Oak took me in first thing Monday morning, made the crown right there (it's amazing) and I was out in 2 hours with a brand new crown that looks wonderful (color matches) I was a new patient. I called 2 other places in town and one never called me back and the other one was very snooty and wasn't helpful at all. The staff and dentist at Crested Oak was professional, very friendly and informative. I highly recommend. Crowns aren't cheap, but I am going to go back and get my old ones re-done. The process was painless, fast with amazing results. These guys are the best!!

She was able to get my cousin in right away and patched him up super fast. He didn't have insurance and was able to use their in house dental plan which is an amazing deal. They also offer nitrous for super nervous patients like my cousin. I was so grateful she could take him in so quickly and so impressed with her gentle hands and patient demeanor. My cousin (who's social media less) wanted me to review this because he had such a great experience and wants others with dental phobias to know this is the place to come!

She said she wasn't going to answer the phone again for that number Bc she tried to answer it and all she heard was buzzing on the other line. So instead of using common sense that maybe the person didn't have the best service,she blatantly told me she just wasn't answering my call in a very rude and nasty way. All the while I'm looking at her in immense pain and a swollen face. Was told not to try there at all unless it was an emergency by people over the years. Now I understand why. Totally disappointed that everyone's warnings rang true.
