There was no sign of forced entry so someone had a key. I had to call the police. I had to pay to have the house re-keyed. I had to pay $600 to have it cleaned. I had to pay $400 for 4-months of gas usage. I had to pay more than $200 in electric bills for 4 months. After accomplishing this I rented it in less than a week. I still don't understand.

I ended up buying a home in the area a few months later listed through a different agency. I have multiple friends in Crestline that have also had the misfortune of having to deal with San Moritz Realty. My experience is not unique. I honestly feel sorry for these folks at San Moritz Realty because it seems like they have miserable lives based on the way they treat people. I hope they get the therapy they need. It doesn't feel good writing a review this negative but others need to be warned. This agency has a horrible reputation around town and I feel compelled to share this to good people who take interest in moving to Crestline. After several hours with me texting multiple messages of the documentation asking if it would suffice I received no response. I had my daughter call from her phone and low & behold they answered!
