My three dogs who are not crated at home had to spend over 4 hours in a crate waiting their turn for grooming. I feel an appointment time should be within an hour or two not longer.

They're also very knowledgeable from a medical standpoint, but also know how to sit with an animal and observe, so they can tie loose threads together that other vets may miss.
