It seemed to be going fine until the summer when our lawn was turning brown and developing bald patches. I called his office and spoke with them three different times. They said it needed fertilizer treatment and they put that down and it made the lawn worse. Bigger bald spots and dead grass. I contacted Mr. Miller directly and he came to our property and said: " it will come back on its own". Needless to say, it hasn't it won't. I contacted him one more time and he declared he would return and re-seed the property at no additional charge. I never heard from him again. They use Monsanto products, according to Mr. Miller. Buyer Beware.

Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning just to accommodate their schedule. Lost trust in this company early on.
