It's quiet in here, and the neighbors are wonderful. (And they don't allow dangerous dogs in here)There is a big park for the children of the neighborhood to play in and a big pool that is always sparkling clean !! And the best part the Property Manager, Ms. Carol ALWAYS is on top of everything and handles any issues that may arise immediately!!!! And Ms. Carla, who also is on the office is amazing too! The maintenance guy, Gene-O keeps this park with the grass cut and is always happy and you can tell he loves his job! I'm so GLAD that we came back! The best part is this park is FAMILY OWNED, unlike the former mobile home park we had a lot at, which is corporate owned and they do not care about their residents, they only care about $$$$

If you work for a company you REPRESENT That company. There are some good people of course but would strongly not recommend renting or BUYING your home here. I've been here 2 years & we are HOMEOWNERS. Our original settling issues in our house were NEVERA FIXED & our landscape was NEVER done yet they wanted to start fining us $75 for cutting our grass when the yard is lopsided. In just six months my car had been broken into twice, two tires flatened on both of my vehicles, my house broken into at least twice since I lived there and at least once with the previous owners, and my front door kicked in so badly the door had to be replaced. When the tires on my fiances Jeep(which was in the driveway never the less) were flatened for maybe two weeks before they decided they wanted to have it towed, when there was another vehicle(on the side of the road) in the neighborhood whose tires were flat for at least a month and a half, nothing was done. I paid my rent one month, only to come home and find my money order taped to my front door with a handwritten note that stated," We don't take partial payments." They treat this park as a homeowners society with rules about how you should keep your yard which is acceptable if they would follow up with some security. I paid $384.00 a month for absolutly nothing. It took a month of complaining for them to have the local sherrif come out to patrol. If you are considering renting or owning in this place you would be better across the street. The looks are much less decieving.

But this was a quick trip because of an event at the kid's school and it's a straight shot on 26 into town. The staff was amazing! Of course we had to travel through what was being called an epic winter storm, so the first thing they did was put a hold on our site in case we got stuck down here. 2nd when she asked if we brought the dogs with us, she moved us to a different premium site that was closer to the dog park. Super convenient! It's an older park, but it is very well maintained. The sites are on top of each other, but we pretty much expect that from every KOA. This was middle of the winter, so everyone was spread out. The maintenance crew was working there tails off. Looks like they are leveling sites and there was a lot of new lumber in stacks. Not sure if they are redoing fencing? Would we stay here again for a quick trip? Absolutely. Again, it's an easy trip down 26 into downtown.
