I've been a resident here for many years, and I am excited to see all the changes that are taking place! We have had many wonderful upgrades over the years (I tell anyone who will listen how much I ADORE our double-pane windows!), but the latest project is truly an extensive one. I appreciate that the management team has put forth so much time, planning, effort, and money into making Crestwood a great place to live. I had no idea that our community was getting such a huge facelift. Crestwood looks good for 32 years old, but now it will look really amazing! The company contracted to do the work has been really diligent about this endeavor. You would think such a large project would create obstacles for the residents, but that has not been the case at all. I'm really impressed with how they have worked out any potential logistical issues. My family and I haven't been bothered by the work. We also understand that a bit of discomfort now, means a new and improved building at the end. I frequently see Lori, our on-site management extraordinaire, making her rounds to ensure everything is running smoothly. Although, I have to admit that these days it takes me 30 seconds too long to recognize her, due to her face mask. I hope my looks of confusion, as I try to figure out how the nice lady waving at me knows my name, haven't put her off too much, lol! My dog and I used to stop by the leasing office, pre-COVID, just to say hello. I miss those days. Lori, however, always finds a way to make holidays special, even a social-distanced one. My kids have always enjoyed her ideas and insist they are not too old to participate! Jorge, too, is always on a mission. He is always on the move, helping to keep Crestwood in great shape. COVID has been hard on us all and it feels isolating. I cannot express how much joy it brings to feel seen...to have Lori or Jorge waving a greeting with a smile on their face. It may seem small, but right now, it truly means the world to me. That kind of interaction is rare and I truly appreciate it. I appreciate the management team working so expeditiously to improve our community, especially when everything else is chaos. UPDATE: I spoke to the Apartment Manager and show her the pictures and I asked point blank - here's 20 maintenance issues, most are still outstanding. How much is an excessive amount id disruption - she replied - "I'm ending this conversation." The positive reviews are made by property employees, no one with pulse would recommend this dump because the complex is *NOT maintained to livable condition* and I have photographic evidence demonstrating all of the following: - When I moved in the place was *infested with termites* and we lived with *6 months of construction* while they fixed it. - *The plumbing failed completely* with hot water seeping up through the floor. I had an inch of water. - The complex is replete with slab leaks. Expect water in your apartment if you live on a ground floor. - I'm on my fourth request to have the A/C fixed. I have vents which do nothing so you should expect to pay $300 to the keep the A/C low enough to cool the whole place. - *No parking* and the complex will ask you to move you car multiple times a month. September they cleared out the complex three times. - Water seeps into the walls and makes them soggy from the outside. - The complex has a problem with *roaches*. Every time a new person moves in or out you should expect them. - Atrocious landscaping. Expect the complex to look like a Vietnam war movie. Crestwood was VERY unconcerned and told me to accept a big rent increase or move out. - Don't take my word for it. Just look at the pictures. they will be your life. read more

When I first walk up to this community I LOVED the urban atmosphere! The community wasn't super large which makes it more personable, which is a great feeling! We went on Saturday and did a tour with Karen! Let me start out by saying all her energy and motivation about the community was very impressive! She was so very helpful, she was so professional and spunky all at the same time! To me I prefer that comfort in someone so what a great tour we had! We had our three kids with us as well and my kids enjoyed her as well. The apartments alone are beautiful inside! They have a lot of space, super clean and one of my favorite parts, they designed their own sink! The sink is HUGE and it is well designed! So to top this off we should see more of Karen around the community if she isn't already! We loved her! Went back today to get a few questions answered and I got to meet Lori! She is an amazing person as well! Her and I hit it off to a great start! It was business and personal! She has so much positive energy and was seriously so easy to talk to! She is so motivational and smart! So very professional and spunky which again is an amazing quality in a person as well as in a community you potentially want to live in. I got to see Lori with some local residents and I have to say I can see the love everyone has for her! This team is AMAZING! So grateful we came to this location, we are so pleased! Great location near 3 parks and shopping less than a mile away. Quiet neighborhood and lots of trees and shrubs when walking your dog. Most neighbors are friendly and lots of families on the street. A nearby elementary school and nice homes nearby. A very quaint spot in town. Lori the leasing manager is absolutely wonderful! She's very professional, helpful and super generous. She always greets you with a smile or hug. Always has treats for the holidays and cookies & sweets in her office. Best person to deal with ever! The grounds are kept up by a great team, especially Allen! Anytime something broke they were quick to be over to make the repair. They work very hard to keep the driveways and paths clear of debris and the garbage is picked up 3 times a week with recycling bins as well. They would have a service to clean the outside windows which was a nice touch. The units are very comfortable. We had granite counters in the kitchen & bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout the place with crisp white molding. We love our unit with vaulted ceilings. The appliances were all new modern black and cabinets were a light smooth wood. All double paned windows had the white faux wood blinds that were great to keep clean by occasionally wiping. What more can I say..... It is a great place to call home! read more

I can not recommend Crestwood Strongly enough! This has truly been a godsend! Needed a place to call home, and boy did we find it! The motto here is "Happy Living At Crestwood " and they try to prove that every day in every way! Not only is it extremely affordable, beautifully constructed, gorgeous Landscaping, and the cream of the crop? Would be the house manager Lori! She absolutely makes everything here, that much better. It doesn't matter what kind of Maintenance problem you might have, she has some allotted immediately! You have a question? She has an answer! She is a dear dear woman, always a friendly wave, and seems to know everybody by name! The owners seem to be incredible, I truly couldn't be happier! They have a cleaning crew that comes through and keeps the place just spotless all of the walkthroughs and stairways . It's amazing . The ground crew the maintenance crew all are just so friendly , and so professional so lucky to have them . Thank you Crestwood. I have found my home! A year ago I moved out of Crestwood Apts relocating back to my Hawaii home....Crestwood was one of the best places I ever lived, move out process was made easy and they were more than fair with their return of deposits... however I am not writing this review because of the move out process but im writing this review because when we encounter other owners/property managers who are not as loving helpful and caring...u learn to appreciate the goodness you have with others! The property manager, Ms Lori, always reached out in the community and touched the hearts of all the children in the village and help families not just grow but also thrive....Jorge, the maintenance man, is one of the most kindest and humble men I have ever met... ready to do repairs and complete the upkeep of the community as soon as possible..they dont hover they dont disappear when u need them but they display a perfect balance of a community effort to make a house a home! Resident for 4 years now. This is a very quiet neighborhood, and it is exactly what I am looking for. I don't hear any loud parties at night, and no noisy freeway traffic at all. The grounds are very well kept, the grill is always clean, and the pool is very nicely decorated. Lori, the apartment manager, is always approachable with any issues I may have and will always take action appropriately. I've not had a single issue with the apartment either. Maintenance will show up very promptly to fix anything that's broken, and they are very nice and helpful people. The apartment is always being improved, since I moved in, we've gotten new AC units, new windows, fresh coat of paint, and a new bridge to the parking area. There is ample street parking to make up for the 1 assigned spot, and there's always parking around, even for someone who gets home at 3 or 4 in the morning like I do sometimes. I was paying my rent and as I was talking to Lorie Powel she made me realized that I had not done a review of my apartment property in a long time. So I want everyone to know on 12/06/17 that this is a great place to live, clean super super professional. The units are clean when you first rent one I'm sure is freshly painted, wood tyle throughout, with all the amenities that we all need and they work super great!! It's 12/06/17 almost Christmas and if you lived here, you would know that the neighbors are specially picked for everything to run like a well oiled machine, everyone super happy and is a great living community, at the moment out of the top of my head, I really can't say all that this place holds. The management is great, the maintenance follows all the rules and keeps this property in working condition per management. My first apartment home within the Orange County area. As a whole, this location is quiet, scenic, and placed incredibly well, within a 10-15 minute drive to points of interest such as the Irvine Spectrum and even Laguna Beach (via 405N to 133). The actual apartment space was fairly comfortable and was fortunately under recent renovation, leaving us with newly inserted wood flooring which was a huge plus. I unfortunately don't have any pics to post but I'm sure you'll have or will have seen some if you look a bit more into this community. One of the biggest takeaways from this place was the wonderful staff, especially Lori at the leasing office. She has always been incredibly positive and helpful through any issues or questions I came across. Overall, I would highly recommend looking into this location if you are one seeking a quiet location, close to some great points of interest, and easier commutes (next to the 405, 5, 133 freeway). They go out of their way to make sure that everything is fixed and working. Order aesthetically pleasing and just running so well. The grounds, crew and landscaping crew are amazing. They do such a good job every day. The maintenance true is beyond amazing. You get something they need fixed. You put it with ordering and then immediately. I have lived here at crestwood apartment for a few months now and it is easily one of the best places to live with either by yourself or with your family. The staff that works at crestwood down to the maintence workers always have a friendly attitude and always willing to offer you a good mourning and a smile to brighten you day, not only that but they maintain the grounds very well, the lawn,plants and trees are taken care of really well. The staff also has a fast response time to anything wrong with apartments and problems should you have them. Not only they keeper inform of all things going on in the apartment and take the time to explain it to you and your family. Also they give you a welcome packet with a few restaurants around here it's a very welcoming environment and if you ever get a chance to live here I would strongly recommend it. read more

I have been living at Crestwood since February and I do not have enough praise for this community and how awesome Lori the property manager has been in making this place truly feel like home. My partner lived here first and only had the best things to say. When I moved in a few months after her, I could see everything she was talking about. This community, the ambiance, and the way Lori treats everyone is just above and beyond phenomenal. This community is kept so clean and pristine and all tenants have been thoughtful as well. My boyfriend & I were looking for our first home together a little less than a year ago & we came across this community. The second we entered the driveway I immediately knew this was IT. Got a tour of our hopefully-soon-to-be apartment & fell completely in love! The wood floors, huge sink, all updated & new appliances, nice quartz countertops, I was sold. We met with Lori the next day & she was so helpful in the process of moving in, especially since it was our first time ever renting a place ourselves. we've been here almost a year & still love it just as much! complex is always clean & pretty quiet. so many trees and greenery, it's a nice view to see when we look out our windows! love love love it here & would recommend it to anyone :) read more

I have called Crestwood Apartments my home for 11 1/2 years. In fact I am renewing for another 12 months in July. It is a quiet and clean place to live. The property is always maintained and beautiful. I live on the third floor so when I walk out my door to go to work in the morning I feel like I am up high in the mountains with the beautiful view. They have added a common area that includes two gas grilled BBQ's for those nights you just want to throw something on the grill. The pool and Jacuzzi area is beautiful as well. The management (Lori) and maintenance crew are dependable and great. I recommend Crestwood for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. read more

This is a fantastic apartment home. I have a large, warm and cozy, lovely place to call home. The bedrooms are spacious and able to fit my California Kind four post bed and my oak dressers. The bathroom are modern and up-to-date; the closets are roomy and able to fit the whole wardrobe. I also enjoy the fact that I get to have a washer and dryer of my own, by buying or renting them from somewhere. The management is truly wonderful and immensely helpful and great with whatever you need with your apartment; and the maintenance staff is helpful and talented at their job. All the way around I would recommend this place to everyone I know. read more

I've been here close to two years and love it here , The apts look like your living in a cabin setting with the Beautiful scenery in the colors of the apartment Beautiful the maintenance are on top of everything even making sure the trash area clean, The pool area is relaxing and makes you feel like your in the woods and very clean ,Lori is fantastic remembers your names your children acknowledge you when she sees you makes you feel like family and not just a renter , I wish there was a tote lot for kids to have a little place to play, other then that it's a beautiful family friendly place to Call home. read more

I have been at Crestwood for almost a year now and have had a great time living here. It's fairly quiet and calm in this area and the amenities are fantastic. The manager Lori is fantastic and will bend over backwards to make sure that your needs are met. Having lived at the neighboring Siena Terrace apartments for a year, I had a much better experience over here at Crestwood. The only complaint I have is that parking is pretty terrible if you have more than one vehicle. But, that is the situation for all apartment complexes that are in this area.
