This is a classic neighborhood pool with a family feel. You won't find the weekend warriors with a beer taking a dip a Shades Cliff. In fact, if I don't take the kids, I feel a bit out of place. Everything you would expect is offered here; swim and dive classes, water aerobics, a grilling area, adult swim, a baby pool, competent life guards, vending machines, etc... If there were any draw back, it would be the guest policies. I'm sure they are par for the course, I just wish a grandparent didn't have to pay when taking a member child. Lord knows, the kids could go more often if that were the case.

Two large party rooms you can rent as well as exercise classes to take. The sheriffs department is also connected so it's very safe. We kept her swimming as she started swimming competitively on her community summer swim and branched into year round swimming. she learned to be competitive and confident in her strokes-became a regional swimmer at 8 years old! She is now a Division I College athlete in another sport. She feels like the discipline and training she learned at a young age gave her more opportunities to develop as an athlete. She is a lifeguard and coaches summer swim when she is on summer break. I am thankful for the decision we made to start her in a swim class at a young age. It has benefited our family in building a good foundation for our daughter.

The water is bright blue and absolutely beautiful, it's such a great place to learn how to paddle board (no waves, no current). The rentals are fairly reasonably priced (~$15/hr) but you can also bring your own and just pay the usage fee (~$6). The dock is well maintained and so are the paddle boards, the owner/staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Note that they're only open on Saturday's and Sunday's. Can't wait to come back and one day get scuba certified here!

We rented our paddleboards for $15/hr and went right for it. They also have life vests available to borrow if you need. Kayaks were also available for rental as well as diving gear etc. This is a well run, organized and very pretty diving area, would definitely recommend for an outdoor adventure!
