I love crew car wash, however, this location is very frustrating as you have to go get someone to use the vacuum if you're an unlimited member. I cannot tell you how many times I have went to vacuum my car out and have waited over 10 mins after asking them to use the vacuum and then them not ever come to turn it on. I pay $45 a month for a service and when I am on a time crunch I can't wait. I understand when they're busy but when no cars are in line and they're standing there, it's highly frustrating! update your vacuums like any other location. read more

*Beware*Beware*Beware*Beware* I've been a Unlimited Club member for 6 years paying $29.99/month for the Ultimate, they recently ask if I wanted to try the Ultimate 360 free for a month (cancel anytime before the month is up and go back to your old plan if I didn't want to continue) or it's goes to $44.99/month. At 25 days I tried to switch back to my original plan and they told me it's $39.99 not $29.99 anymore. I will be canceling my membership, kudos to the people at Crew that made the decision to screw over a loyal customer and trapping people into believing that they could return to their plan without a price hike! Driving home to Carmel from Milwaukee and my windshield was covered with bugs. I was happy to find this Crew location just off I-65. Five minutes and one Ultimate Wash later and I was back on the interstate with a bug-free windshield and a shiny, happy vehicle. Very friendly efficient employees. Got the ultimate wash, did great job. Had coupon from my grocery store, so made it more affordable.

On November 22 my husband went to Crew Car Wash in Lafayette, IN and half way through the wash his windshield cracked. He filled out a customer support and was assured by the employees that they would cover it. It is now December 5, no call, no email, etc. We call customer service today and informed that they denied the claim. He said "we have disclaimers everywhere that tell you we are not responsible for the vehicles." Needless to say, we cancelled our subscription and will never use them again. We felt completely dismissed. Even after we informed him that we have video evidence (we have a dashcam) that proves the windshield was intact and that their equipment damaged it, he still said they would not cover it. We will NEVER go to a Crew Car Wash again and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

Phenomenal service by Matthew, Kyle, Marlena and the other Crew members working on March 9th, 2023. They worked tirelessly to help us get off the pine tree sap from our car. Matthew even had us pull into a parking spot and worked by hand to help remove some of the tougher spots in the car. Seriously the best customer service ever, I don't think the car has ever been this clean! Will definitely be frequenting this location because of the friendliness and hard work that this team does. I was at the auto body repair shop, and another customer said her husband would never go through there again because of damages to his truck. My windshield cracked as a result of this car wash. I filed an incident claim through them and it got denied. They tried to claim that the crack "was not a direct result of the recent visit at Crew Carwash". Looks like they will be losing my business and cannot be trusted. read more

Ripped off the Civic logo on my car, generally a decent car wash for the average vehicle without cheap Honda badges; mom likes using Crew for her Prius but I've noticed more expensive compared to other spots like Fast Eddies which is never as crowded, faster to get through, and doesn't continually push their book-wash deals. But please don't go to Fast Eddies and crowd it up, keep going here! read more

A nice clean car wash. All the workers wear uniforms. The price is a bit higher than other car washes and the vacuums are not free. I think my car comes out cleaner than other car washes, but not by much. This location is always busy. There are three pay lanes and an express lane for those who purchase the monthly pass. What I hate about this is that no one pays attention to the "left to right" signs and just barge right in. So don't be timid, just pull up and dare someone to hit you. read more

This location is very conveniently located and easy to get to. I love how easy it is to pick what kind of wash you want for your vehicle, and the process is smooth and easy. If I'm in a hurry, they have always been quick so I don't mind stopping by. They have vacuums outside of the wash so you can clean out your car to make it look new. We love their monthly plans because we go often enough that it's a great deal. Our vehicles get so dirty, especially during the winters here, but this way we can keep them looking new! read more

I used to go here all the time. Pleasant service, a good pre-soak, and a good job overall. My complaint is they've just gotten WAY too expensive all of a sudden, automated pre-soak and nobody spraying the car down as you enter the wash. Just too expensive anymore. read more

We were driving from Chicago back to Florida. Well, thanks to the freezing temperatures our windshield wiper fluid didn't work. Very disappointed. The cheapest wash is $10 which is a little high for entry to me. I got the $15 wash with clear coat and tire shine. I still have bug spots on my hood which is super disappointing because most places get it all clean especially with the more expensive wash. I was really upset after I got through the wash to see that the vacuums cost $2.00. I've never been to a car wash that charged for vacuums especially with a more expensive wash. The employees are very friendly though, it's not their fault. In conclusion, try somewhere else read more

Great service. My home Keys got sucked in vacuum. The Crew staff checked checked the vacuumed trash for the keys. When she couldn't find it there she brought some kit and took the keys out from the vacuum pipe. read more

Negative stars if possible. Came into Crew a week ago to wash my 1 month old car and got the Works wash. Came out of the wash to spot dry my car and saw 3-4 long scrape scratches along the front end of my driver side door/wheel well. The manager took photos and handed us a generic copied letter that indicated we'd receive a response from crew in 5-7 business days. When Crew did respond, they claimed no liability saying that no one else experienced the same scratches and that their equipment couldn't have caused it. Yes, because in the less than a month that I had owned that car, I went and made multiple deep scratch scrapes on it just because. You don't think I babied that thing to death? Who doesn't do that with a new car? The photos that the manager took were mostly of the door and not the scratches in question so Crew can expect to hear back from us until the damage to my car is taken care of. For now and forever, they will never see any more money from my family and I and I'll warn everyone I can away from them. read more

I recently went to the Crew Carwash on Veterans Memorial Pkwy at 18th St. in Lafayette, IN. I have an unlimited pass and got into my designated lane. It was a warm sunny day so they were busy. The lane started backing up quickly. The employees started bringing cars from the back of the line up front to the pay as you go lanes. These cars got here after me but were ran ahead of me. Why is this? It doesn't make the line go any faster. They were running cars through as fast as they could go. If these employees were in line at an amusement park would they like it if I was brought to the front of the line ahead of them? Guessing not. This is a terrible way of doing business. You have a competitor right down the street that is cheaper. I love your quality of washing but I'm not willing to settle for this type of service. Think about it. read more

If you'd also like 'Tire Shine,' I'd spend the extra $2 for 'The Works Plus.' A reliable Indianapolis establishment. Very cheerful & accommodating employees. I go here quite often for my two cars and motorcycles but I don't get to interact with the employees since there's usually no need. Well today my bikes battery died after washing it and I was contemplating walking home or Ubering to go get a new battery but I asked one of the employees if they could help me out. An awesome manager named Zach came out and helped me with tools and jumper cables and even used his own car to help me out. This place gives great washes especially the ultimate car wash, it's a pretty good deal for what you pay. It's and even better deal if you get the unlimited pass, but I think what sets this place apart from other places is how awesome their employees are. They always have a positive attitude and want to do everything they can to give you a good experience. read more

STAY AWAY!!! I'll be taking these guys to court for the damage they caused to my car. I went to see them and I received a standard car wash. When I got back home I immediately noticed that the paint on my car was peeling. I went back up there to see a manager and he took photos of the damage. Then I get a letter for corporate saying that it wasn't their fault because it hasn't happened to other cars. Little do they know, I can prove it was them. See ya in court! read more

Negative stars. I trusted my Jeep Wrangler to Crew Carwash. I babied my Jeep, parking in far away spots and not allowing my kids to touch the paint on the Jeep. On a busy weekend, I ran the Jeep through Crew Carwash and afterwards there were parallel scratches all down both sides. I filed a claim and they determined, without looking at it, that it wasn't their fault. They gave me a free car wash though. No integrity and they don't stand behind their product. My mom went to the carwash to get help removing a poor dead frog who got stuck in my front bumper because I didn't know where else to go for help and we didn't have the heart to take care of it ourselves. Most of the employees tried to pressure wash it out, but when that didn't work they didn't have the stomach to go further. But then there was Steven, who refused to let us leave without the problem being fixed. Without making a single complaint or disgusted face, he took care of it. I like how clean my car is, when I go there. I get the Ultimate, and the wax seems to last a long time. My tires and wheels always look much better here too, than at the touch-less washes that I used to go to. Probably as close to a hand wash, that you are going to get. People say it's expensive, but for how often I wash my car ( 2 or 3 times a year), it's definitely worth it. A bit pricey for what you get. The car wash always leaves a soapy residue behind on the thresholds under the doors. Tire Shine leaves an oily film on my chrome wheels and comes off the first time you drive through a puddle. My car isn't completely dry afterwards either. Getting the best result involves spending 10 minutes or so wiping and drying by hand to remove the soap, oil film, and residual water. I expect better results from a $15 car wash. read more
