Is car wash is a scam. They pulled me into the car wash quickly. I bumped in the car in front of me. They said they'd take care of. It wouldn't show me the video and never took accountability. What a scam. Literally, the service attendant flagged me in and I was uncomfortable doing so but you kept pushing me and next I know I'm in the car wash. Can't see the car in front of me and I feel a bump: So they show my insurance cover the video and blame me. I never got to see the video and I'm not sure my insurance company did either. The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did. read more

Awful service. They bent and damaged my rear plate and broke the plate holder. I filed a claim. First they denied all, saying it was already broken when I got there. I asked for their cameras and then they said it was their fault. They offered $9 for all. I rejected it, it was offensive. Second time I went there with a new car and a temporary plate, the plate was gone after the washing. Nobody told me not to get a wash or that it could be damaged. They didn't even allowed me to file a claim. It will ALWAYS BE SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT, NOT THEIRS! Cancelling my subscription and not going back again. read more

So annoying to have the advertisement for the unlimited monthly subscription each time I show for a basic wash, often here with a gift wash, anyway to avoid extra nonsense and listening to unskippable ads would be entirely improved, also why is there only a solo driver subscription option? Why no house or family service for multiple cars? Crew is such a hassle of high costs, average experience, and strong cleaning that ripped of my Honda logo a while back. Fast Eddie's over in Lafayette is my pick because of these backwards things. read more

I have been tailgating the previous day and my jeep had a tiny bit of mud on the tires on the under body. I've never been to a crew car wash before and decided to stop by the one in West Lafayette. The lady was extremely polite and explained things well. After running it through the $22 wash it's still had a little bit of dirt on the under body or mudflaps. They gave me a free wash and ran me back through and sprayed it off better. By jeep absolutely glows and I was completely satisfied for the value that I got for this wash! Their staff was so polite and extremely friendly. That is always a plus. They all seemed happy to be there and eager to please. read more

I signed up for the monthly pass and it's so worth it! They have been very busy lately, but I was able to skip the line and drive right in. I signed up when they had their $20/month deal and it's a great deal. I have used both convenient locations on 26 and the West side. The West side one typically isn't as busy if you're in a hurry. I love that both of them open pretty early, so I can swing by on my way to work. read more

We have been going to the West Lafayette Crew Carwash for years and love the place. We get alot of dead bugs on the front of our Jeep Wrangler, and it was awesome that they let us go through twice. Plus, Cory went above and beyond to scrub the grill. Awesome location and customer service. It is so nice to receive such excellent customer service from a friendly and attentive employee. It's phenomenal to see a manager willing to do all jobs with such a positive attitude. He sets a great example. The only thing that could be slightly better is the dry. I am a big fan of Crew Carwash! The carwashes are always good; I usually get the Ultimate carwash which gets me everything I want. They sell books of carwash tickets that come in handy. I usually wait until their "buy four, get two free" promotions and then I buy a bunch of books. I keep a book in my car so I can get a carwash whenever it's convenient. The people here are super friendly. They greet me with a smile, they let me know about any promotions they've got running, and they get me through the line quickly. The carwashes get my car clean! A lot of places don't get all the bugs, bird-splat or road grit off your car, but Crew always does a good job. My car gleams when it comes out. I enjoy washing my car myself, and I take pride in the way my car looks when I'm done, but Crew is convenient and does an excellent job. The only issue is that they are often very busy... that's not a knock, but an indication on how good a carwash this is. And even when it's busy, they get you through the line quickly and on your way with a clean car. They open early, which is convenient for me. Between the friendly service and the excellent car wash, this is a great place to take your car for an automatic wash. read more

The team members are always all smiles, and my car comes out looking fresh and clean for just ten bucks. Vacuums abound if you want to do some DIY work after the wash. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Something lodged in the wash mechanism gouged the hood of my roadster. My son and I heard it happen. But crew refuses to believe me. They refuse to repair the damage done. Worse yet, they seem very well planned at pretend empathy while essentially saying get lost. This was my first time at this location. I was in dire need of a car wash because of a road work "paint job" on the side of my white SUV. Somehow, hours earlier, light green paint was sprawled over the right side of my car and all over the tires. The employees were more than helpful. After the first time through, the manager stopped my car and asked if they could try again. They kept it up until the paint came off the car (three times in all). They also scrubbed the tires manually to get most of the paint off of them. I was so pleased with their customer service and it was obvious to me that they wanted to finish well. Horrible experience! It was the first car wash of my 2018 Honda Accord. After the wash, I found the car's windshield rubber trim damaged (mostly cuts) in a number of places :( I filed a complaint, but they denied their machine's fault. I suggest not to go there. read more

These are incredible auto car washes. The staff were very helpful. Took off my antenna and reinstalled when done. Free towels to dry vehicle and free vacuums. Your vehicle is important, rake care of it. Wish these were in Illinois. read more
