Got an interior detail done with pet hair removal on my car. I brought in a very tall order, because I had struggled with removing the pet hair from my car trunk. Previous owner had a dog that shed A LOT. I have to say that I was very impressed with their work. Trista took care of the detailing and Justin worked the front desk. They were very professional and did a really good job. My car was squeaky clean and all the pet hair was gone! I never expected them to clean it that well. They take appointments over the phone and prefer it if you leave your car in for the whole day. The pet hair removal was an extra $40, but totally worth it. I would definitely come here again if I needed detailing done. The price isn't low, but it's worth the quality. read more

Do not leave your vehicle unattended with Premier Auto Detailing! We dropped a vehicle off for window tint in FULL WORKING ORDER only to be called and informed the windows were tinted but the car would not start. Opened the hood thinking it might need a jump and found major damage.... The car needs a new motor which will cost $4,000 (which is actually the cost for a USED motor)! My husband talked on the phone with the owner and was told if we hadn't "blasted" him on social media he would have worked with us. Well, if you would have worked with us we wouldn't have blasted you on social media! Since then he has spewed several insults directed at my family, including telling my husband that the man of the house should keep his wife under control (not his exact words, but close) due to my social media review. He is supposed to be a man of God and a preacher (he makes sure to point this out as much as possible) but his actions say otherwise. We have tried and tried to work with him but he is unwilling to accept ANY responsibility for what happened on his watch. His behavior is more criminal than "godly". THE FACT REMAINS...... I took my suv in to be detailed and they did a great job. So I took my older car in for tint and interior detail. Boy was I surprised when I opened the door!!!!!! It looked like it wasn't touched I could see the water marks from the tinting job also noticed several areas not cleaned. I went back in and complained, they sent a guy out to look, he said give me an hour I'll fix it. They had the car 2 days!!! So I did and when I came back they had only touched the spots I pointed out!! I was so upset I didn't check the sunroof for a couple days they were supposed to put # 50 tint on it . Well to my surprise again the sunroof was not tinted at all!!!!! I will never go back. it's ridiculous to pay that much money and NOT get even close to what you pay for. read more

I'm really upset they broke my bag I left in the car. The chain of the bag is broken. And they charge unreasonable price. They let me fill the damage report paper and said they would take care of my bag and the boss would call me soon today or tomorrow. The next dayi called again because I've never received a call from anyone to discuss this case then I was told her boss was in the hospital so he haven't seen the damage report yet. She would call her boss wife and let boss's wife call me to slove the problem but actually nobody calls and nobody cares. No one wants to be responsible for this. read more

Took my sister's car there on June 8 2022 based on the stellar reviews. Given her car was extremely dirty and smelled deeply of cigarette smoke. We bought the whole package of deep cleaning and engine steam cleaning ($398.61) and left the car there overnight. The next day there was some confusion about setting off the "odor bomb" as they didn't have time to do it and asked if we wanted to do it ourselves; since we were staying in a hotel we declined. When we finally went in to pick up the car my wife noticed several things that weren't done and the kids in the garage were hurriedly finishing up the windows, as Matt, the man in charge of my car hadn't shown up to work that day. At this time we were in a bit of a rush to hit the road- my sister had died and we were going to drive the car back home. I went in to pay and was surprised that the first thing that came up on the pad was how much tip I was going to pay- 15, 20, 25% etc. I felt uneasy about this since we hadn't even looked at the car yet and was a little overwhelmed by my sister's passing, but chose 15% which added more than 60 bucks to the already steep bill. Once we started driving home we noticed places where the "details" were sorely missed- air vents, door handles, seats still had dirt inside and around the edges. On a positive note though, the dog hair was all gone so I'll give them that. But it was clearly evident that the cigarette smoke was still there and hadn't been removed. Upon arriving home we took the car to a mechanic who lifted the plastic piece covering the top of the engine to show all the accumulated filth, and let us know that the cleaning was superficial and they had not touched that nor the rear of the engine. My wife called to speak to the owner, was told Dante wasn't in and would return her call... nothing. After all this and having come back to earth following the death of a family member, I'm just going to leave one star. Smiling faces at the desk don't correspond with the work received. Wow this place made my old crusty car look like new! They removed stains from my back seat and rear carpeting that I never thought would come out. The exterior glowed with their amazing wax job. Mind you this was not brought to my attention until I was picking up the car..the additional charges weren't mentioned even when I scheduled it. Had exterior wash still available so I took another car to them. I was told I needed to pay $129.00 since the exterior gift certificate applied to the other car..this was told to me when dropping it off. The sad part, I work in an auto body shop. I've been here a few times to have my car hand washed. It's a little pricey, but they do a fantastic job and everyone is very nice and friendly. There's a small waiting room, and there is a vending machine outside. It's taken about 30 minutes each time I was there. They also have a punch card deal, so if you go regularly, that is nice. There are a few coupons available on their website too. I'd give them 5 stars for good service, but I'm giving them 4 because of price. read more

I was pretty particular in my research to find out why I should take my car for an interior cleaning (carpet shampoo 4hrs) over competitors. The owner himself sold me on this place and its dedication to making sure you're happy. When you get your car back, they will walk you through what they did to it and make sure you're happy with the results. If you see something they missed even 2 days later, they will make it right, just bring it back in! These guys are the real deal when it comes to absolutely making you LOVE YOUR CAR AGAIN. Only reason they are getting a 4 instead of 5 is because they are more expensive than other places.
