Based on what I had read, I knew his company was well regarded, but I tried to contact some of his other competitors. Every single one did not have a person answering their phones. I went to voicemail four times back to back...now some might say that this is indicative of a busy company, and this might be true. But, I could hear Pedro on the job when I called, he just actually had the wherewithal to answer. In other words, even though he was busy, he was still able to respond and provide customer service! As the time drew closer to the appointment time, Pedro kept me appraised of his status. Eventually, he got to the house, and he got there just at the time he said! He solved my problem quickly, and he even provided me with an estimate if I wanted further repairs. All at a very reasonable price and in such a timely manner!!
