What really separates Steve is that he's not just rushing through cuts. He's focused on giving you the best possible result every time. He pays attention to detail, makes adjustments, and makes sure everything is dialed before I leave the shop. On top of that, he actually gets to know his clients. It's never awkward or forced. Came on a random rainy day between Christmas and New Years and had a good experience. I called day of, and was able to secure an appointment with Alex, who was super friendly and professional. If you show him a pic of what you want, he can get it done. I would say the ambiance is very.... Traditional barber shop, all macho men with beards watching sports and talking about cars and motorcycles, so if that's not your vibe, you may feel out of place. Barbershop located in the Victoria Garden shopping area. This place has the vibe of an old school barbershop with a classic and modern aesthetic to it if that makes sense. The waiting area is nice and they have large televisions up on the wall so you won't miss games while getting a haircut. I've been here a few times now and the people are always friendly and organized. The reservation system online works great and they are always ready for me whenever I come in. Of my few trips that I've been, Stephen has always been my go to. Does a great job with my hair and provides for a great conversation when I'm there. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest place for a haircut, but I feel like it's kind of the going rate these days. But if you wanna consistent quality, this is the spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the front desk customer service representative was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any understanding or attempting to reschedule, she simply told him to "go elsewhere." That is absolutely unacceptable behavior. A little courtesy and professionalism could have gone a long way, but instead we were met with hostility and zero customer care. This kind of treatment is not something we take lightly.
