Barbershop located in the Victoria Garden shopping area. This place has the vibe of an old school barbershop with a classic and modern aesthetic to it if that makes sense. The waiting area is nice and they have large televisions up on the wall so you won't miss games while getting a haircut. I've been here a few times now and the people are always friendly and organized. The reservation system online works great and they are always ready for me whenever I come in. Of my few trips that I've been, Stephen has always been my go to. Does a great job with my hair and provides for a great conversation when I'm there. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest place for a haircut, but I feel like it's kind of the going rate these days. But if you wanna consistent quality, this is the spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the front desk customer service representative was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any understanding or attempting to reschedule, she simply told him to "go elsewhere." That is absolutely unacceptable behavior. A little courtesy and professionalism could have gone a long way, but instead we were met with hostility and zero customer care. This kind of treatment is not something we take lightly.
