I sent in a request for a quote the night before, via email. I called into the office the next morning, and the person who answered was very helpful and professional. They explained the pricing with details, which made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. The technicians showed up a few minutes early to the morning appointment, and unfortunately my phone ringer volume was off. I missed multiple attempts they made to try and reach me, and when I woke I went immediately outside to find one of the technicians digging. He explained that he reached out to the office and was told to go ahead with the work, which I was extremely thankful for. I apologized for not answering, and the technician was very understanding and professional. I called the office after speaking with him, and the office person thanked me for calling in and was also very polite/understanding. The task of pumping my septic tank was completed quickly, with no mess, and the dirt was replaced on top of the tank. It looked great, and will be easy for the grass to regrow over the tank. More importantly, the toilets were able to flush again. It's been 2 weeks since the tank was pumped and I have had no issues. I already recommended this company to my brother and will recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, professional company to resolve their septic problems.

There are only three people in the house. I went out and started to investigate to find out that the company only pumped the drain field side of the tank, not both sides. I explained to her that firstly the pumped only one side of the tank, and secondly, the side of the tank that should have been pumped had never been uncovered and was still sealed with cement. I uncovered the second lid to show her. She then called the company who said it was her responsibility to inform the worker to clean both sides and that would cost more money! So, the lessons learned here are: if you have a septic, make sure BOTH lids are taken off and cleaned out. Also, get a firm price to pump both sides without a per gallon charge. Anyone posting a positive review about this company probably doesn't have a clue about the process and just keeps paying them! He knew his job, found and pulled caps pulled about 90 ft of pipe, cleaned the filter, emptied the tanks filled in the dirt and sod. I have had these guys do my tank twice. After experiencing a backup, I created an account with Wind River and requested service. The date they replied with was 2 weeks out, which would have been fine, had it not been an urgent issue. I called them the next morning, and they rescheduled me for that same day. Their automated system sent me a text message when the tech was on the way. Alejandro, the tech, expertly located my tank access within minutes. He knew so much more about my system than I did - the construction of it due to the age of the home, where it lay, and what to watch for post-service, should there be other undiagnosed issues. The final bill was only about 60% of the original estimate, so it was nice to know I wasn't being price gouged, and that Alejandro, the tech, was an honest human. Thanks for being there, Gator.

I called them on a Thursday night and told them my alarm was going off. They said they would be there the next morning. Friday morning, they came at 10:30 and pumped it out. That was the last I heard from them till I called at 4:00PM. The CSR I spoke to stated that the person that came out does not fix it, it will take 24-48 hrs. for them to process the work order then they will call to schedule. That to me was piss poor customer service. Then she told me that the guy said that the pump will need to be replaced. Next day (Saturday) I called SOS and the guy there referred me to Candlelight Enterprises, LLC. The gentleman I spoke to there stated that since it was pumped out, they can do it Monday morning. I did ask about doing it that day (Saturday) but he was very honest and stated he didn't want me to spend the emergency fee when Monday was just fine. Candlelight showed up and he stated that the pump is fine, the check valve was stuck open and it will only cost $250.00 parts and labor. Next i get the bill from Wind River and they want to charge me an extra $100.00 for an emergency fee. Emergency fee, they did the work on a Friday morning at 10:30??????? I left 3 voicemails for them to call me and they have not responded as of yet. Piece of advice, DO NOT EVER CALL WIND RIVER.

Orlando and his assistant showed up BEFORE scheduled time (which is much appreciated and Windriver even texted to let us know they were 5min away). That was our first impression, good communication. Orlando explained clearly to us what works he and his assistant will be doing. After pumping and inspections tank, Orlando explained to us how to maintain the tank by not to dispose oils, greases, solid food... to the kitchen sink. Him and his assistant kept the area clean after they finished the work. That was our second impression that they care about their jobs and customer's property. We are happy with the job Orlando and his assistant did and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.
