I am a new customer of Crews Septic Solutions, LLC. I found myself in need of having my septic tank pumped, and after reading reviews for many companies on different platforms, I decided to try Crews Septic Solutions, LLC. I sent in a request for a quote the night before, via email. I called into the office the next morning, and the person who answered was very helpful and professional. They explained the pricing with details, which made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. The technicians showed up a few minutes early to the morning appointment, and unfortunately my phone ringer volume was off. I missed multiple attempts they made to try and reach me, and when I woke I went immediately outside to find one of the technicians digging. He explained that he reached out to the office and was told to go ahead with the work, which I was extremely thankful for. I apologized for not answering, and the technician was very understanding and professional. I called the office after speaking with him, and the office person thanked me for calling in and was also very polite/understanding. The task of pumping my septic tank was completed quickly, with no mess, and the dirt was replaced on top of the tank. It looked great, and will be easy for the grass to regrow over the tank. More importantly, the toilets were able to flush again. It's been 2 weeks since the tank was pumped and I have had no issues. I already recommended this company to my brother and will recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, professional company to resolve their septic problems. read more

I am helping out my friend that's a senior citizen and widow. So, my friend paid to have the septic pumped and cleaned. I came to stay and the septic backed up after about three days. There are only three people in the house. I went out and started to investigate to find out that the company only pumped the drain field side of the tank, not both sides. I explained to her that firstly the pumped only one side of the tank, and secondly, the side of the tank that should have been pumped had never been uncovered and was still sealed with cement. I uncovered the second lid to show her. She then called the company who said it was her responsibility to inform the worker to clean both sides and that would cost more money! So, the lessons learned here are: if you have a septic, make sure BOTH lids are taken off and cleaned out. Also, get a firm price to pump both sides without a per gallon charge. Anyone posting a positive review about this company probably doesn't have a clue about the process and just keeps paying them! Contacted them to repair the drain field. They said they can't give a quote until they pull a permit with the health department, which is understandable. I paid the fee and that was 6 months ago. The phone numbers are no longer valid and no one responds to emails. They disappeared off the face of the earth and kept our $350 for health department fees. I don't usually complain but I hired crews septic at the end of September 2021. I didn't know better but watched him dig up one tank in my flower garden. He pumped out the liquid tank and then back washed it. 5 months later my toilets and sink started gurgling when I ran the shower or washing machine. So I thought I had a septic problem. I called another septic company and they pumped out 2 tanks. The solid tank was never opened or pumped out it was full. I paid them to pump out my liquid tank?? Save your money and take your business elsewhere. This company cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only, overcharging and not actually solving any problems. Despite the multiple red flags over the years of using their services, and poor reputation among other local service providers, we trusted them with our rental porfolio. On more than 1 occasion I have had to get 2nd opinions on septic and drain field issues because they're simply not reliable. The most recent issue was the last straw. We paid this company to dianose and repair an overflow of water in the backyard. The charged $400 to pump the septic in order to inspect, $245 to "diagnose" the issue (something other septic companies to for free with a pump out), and found a leak in a well water line. Great, they couldn't fix THAT issue but at least they identified it, so we had to pay well copany another $400 to fix. However, the septic and drainfield continued to overflow even after repairing the well leak, signalling to a DIFFERENT issue that they DID NOT diagnose. Now, they to charge more money to go back out and inspect the problem AGAIN. We don't expect free services from anyone, but give me a break. Go rob someone else, and good luck to you if you choose to work with these guys. We told the office manager Aysha that we will pay the invoice for the incomplete work they performed but will no longer be giving them any more of our business, to see if we got a reaction to want to HELP, instead of just focusing on billing - which we have always paid. I've worked with several Septic companies in the last year with my failing Drain Feild, but none of them ever inspired much confidence. My first time working with Crews, I knew they were the ones to rely on for the full Drain Feild replacement. We we're about to buy a house and decided that the inspection we were given didn't seem right. So we had Crews come out to do our own inspection. They saved me $10,000-$20,000! The $175 fee was more than worth it. I owe these guys a debt I most likely will never be able to pay back. I will shout their names from roof tops and have them come to whichever house we buy and keep their services for life! It's hard to trust people these days, especially in the housing game. The office personal is horrible. I paid for services rendered. I received a call the next day from the office personnel. Ayisha stated my card was declined. I said let me go get my card and we will try again. I found out that my other half took my card. I asked Ayisha if i could call her back in 5 mins? Ayisha paused and said with a attitude in her voice um OK???!. Ayisha called back 30 mins later. I missed her phone call. She left a unprofessional message stating that I was skipping out on the bill and they were going to start paper work to retrieve their monies. I called back 5 mins after the message. Ayisha with attitude in her voice said you have another card? I said no i have the same card. she read of what she had and come to find out she wrote the wrong number down. I didnt not receive a apology for a mistake she made. I just think your company needs to handle customer service a little better especially for your repeat customers. I also think you should not jump the gun not everyone is out to scam. I sent a email addressed to the manager or owner addressing my concerns. I did not receive a return call or email. I scheduled a pump out and was told that they have 2 prices: Regular pump out $285 or Premium $345. The Premium would include a drainfield evaluation. I asked how do they evaluate the drainfield when it is underground. She stated that they would perk the soil by drilling small holes and they would be able to tell if the drainfield needed replaced. Sounded like they knew what they were doing to I scheduled the premium. 2 employees showed up on the scheduled day. 1 sat in the truck with girl (it must have been bring your girlfriend to work day) the other struggled to pump out septic by himself. Had to go back and forth from septic to truck. After an 1 1/2 hours it was time for payment and he asked for $345. I told him that I got the Premium and he was supposed to test the drainfield. He said I don't know anything about that but he sees that I got the Premium so he went to the truck and pored a bottle of blue liquid into the septic pipe and said that will be $345. When I went outside my yard looked like a herd of wild hogs rooted up the place. I said to him is this how you are leaving it and he said that he would try and fix it but he went to the truck and got in and left. I paid the $345 and called the office and very nicely told the girl what happened and told her that they were going to lose customers with service like this. She said that she would pass it on to the boss. I asked for a receipt as it was all paperless with the workers. She took my email and said that she would email me the receipt. However, that never happened either. They will not get any more of my business and I sure will not refer them to anyone. read more
