I tried to get help with the issue and hit every road block along the way. iPad "tech" doesn't speak good English and uses his phone to translate. Had to call manager on his cell so I could communicate what the problem was. He told me to let him send it off to another store, who knows where, so they can maybe fix the issue. Deal breaker for me. I wanted it to either be calibrated in store to get it working or my money back with the old screen put back on. This is where it got ugly. He said he would not give me a full refund as he doesn't "do refunds". Kept telling me to look at the paper in front of me that has their policy on it. Yes it says no refunds, but also says they guarantee touch issues a few lines down. He says the touch is working, I disagreed. If it's not 100%, it's NOT working. I didn't pay for a 1/2a$$ job. He got ugly and told me to take it somewhere else for repair, that he would not give me a full refund. I said I would be disputing the charge with our bank for theft of service if he wouldn't give me money back and put my old screen back on. He didn't seem to care. Grabbed my old screen and walked out. DO NOT give them your business, you'll regret it

When my boyfriend returned this morning, he was greeted by a less kind woman with greyish blonde hair than the man we worked with prior, who told him she wouldn't be able to help because it was an Apple problem before even looking at the phone. In the process of explaining the situation, trying to receive any type of help, she told him to leave the store. Definitely won't be returning back to this location, even though it's the most convenient.

I said that its bad business not to even acknowledge a customer. The female employee then started to say if I wasn't happy with the service I could leave! I asked for a business card with the manager's name so I could contact them, there were NO business cards in that whole store that I could write down the manager's name according to the two employees there. So, I asked just for the name so I could write it on a piece of paper. The employee wrote a first name only with a phone number, I had to ask if I could get the last name to go with the first. After reading the reviews I see nothing has been done to improve customers' service! Found out from another AT&T store, that this is a corporate store, hard to believe the standards there are so LOW. Got a phone from a different AT&T store.

I brought it to Digi I fix to replace the glass and the battery. My phone is now completely messed up. They put the back screen on crooked and somehow the camera is now hanging off of my phone. I went back and they told me this was the best they could do even though I paid well over $150 for them to fix it. I will never come back here and I suggest no one else ever does
