We went in person after speaking with both Christian and Christine about this position, which was a few weeks ago on a Friday. We met both of them. Christine told Kyle that she would love or we would love to have him and she would contact him that following Monday after he submitted the application for key holder per her request even though the position he was applying for was seasonal. Despite a few phone calls after she did not contact him that Monday, nor return our phone calls. He was supposed to start tomorrow, Thursday, July 16th during the day for six hours to help out with the Pokemon event. This is very poor customer service especially to Kyle who this was his first job application and semi interview experience and he was so excited and was led on. No reply to email and stopped answering their phone.

As to why I'm so well taken with them, the main reason is their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are more than reasonable. They also have multiple locations as well, which makes it convenient to get to depending on where one is when. I've taken 2 MacBook Airs, 1 MacBook Pro (Schaumburg), and an iPhone (Des Plaines)... and a partridge in a pear tree! Just kidding, about the partridge, the pear tree however, facts! Just kidding on the pear tree as well. Long story short, the techs knew enough about what is worthwhile for me to repair, let me know the problems, and the cost to repair. They obviously also repaired everything I agreed to have them take on. So far so good, no problems whatsoever. Their setup seems to be simple, come in, explain what's going on, drop it off, wait for them to take care of it, then pick it up. For me, as I work on these items here and there, the price was very reasonable and I was honestly surprised at which point now I don't have to do the one-off repairs for when a family member spills a beverage, cracks a screen, or wants a new battery, I tell them to go to ZombieTechs or I go to ZombieTechs for them. It's a load off my mind and again, for me, this is a side hobby, for them, it's their professional job and they are excellent at it!

I got the computer back, it worked great until Microsoft updated my Windows 11 and broke my computer!! I got the blue screen of death! I called them panicking, thinking I would owe more money! But they were great! They took my computer and reinstalled the system software, which fixed everything, free of charge, because they stood behind their original work! I had a CyberPower gaming computer that couldn't play games! They fixed it all, for a reasonable price and timeline! And Angel was just the nicest guy! I will use these guys for every tech problem in the future!! I couldn't be happier!
