Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. Their appliances and equipment are always top quality but their service and commitment to stand behind and service these products is both outstanding and exemplary. I recently switched to at&t for me and my family but we had trouble with my wife's phone (fully paid off from cricket) not being able to use it away. I contacted cricket for help and they said we had to wait 6 months for the phone to be fully unlocked for another company, those 6 months have passed and I called Cricket again to be able to use the phone and now they're telling me they can't unlock it at all since supposedly it's a policy that they can't and I've never been informed of that. This is a shitty experience. I even had to spend more money buying my wife a new phone so she can be with the new company.

This was required for me to be able to put a new band on it or I would have needed to buy a new one. I figured someone with the right tools and experience with detail may be able to help, and that's when C&K electronics came to the rescue. We went in person after speaking with both Christian and Christine about this position, which was a few weeks ago on a Friday. We met both of them. Christine told Kyle that she would love or we would love to have him and she would contact him that following Monday after he submitted the application for key holder per her request even though the position he was applying for was seasonal. Despite a few phone calls after she did not contact him that Monday, nor return our phone calls. He was supposed to start tomorrow, Thursday, July 16th during the day for six hours to help out with the Pokemon event. This is very poor customer service especially to Kyle who this was his first job application and semi interview experience and he was so excited and was led on. No reply to email and stopped answering their phone.
