I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! But…read moreas I bought the phones I was told I am not part of a contract and I can leave the company whenever I want. I recently switched to at&t for me and my family but we had trouble with my wife's phone (fully paid off from cricket) not being able to use it away. I contacted cricket for help and they said we had to wait 6 months for the phone to be fully unlocked for another company, those 6 months have passed and I called Cricket again to be able to use the phone and now they're telling me they can't unlock it at all since supposedly it's a policy that they can't and I've never been informed of that. This is a shitty experience. I even had to spend more money buying my wife a new phone so she can be with the new company.

I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed! I had plans to do dash cams and remote starts on all my vehicles before winter but ABC Automative just isn't worth the time, energy, or frustration. I went to 2 places trying to find someone to fix my Fitbit. The plastic insert on the band cracked…read moreoff inside the face of my Fitbit watch and I tried everything to get it out. This was required for me to be able to put a new band on it or I would have needed to buy a new one. I figured someone with the right tools and experience with detail may be able to help, and that's when C&K electronics came to the rescue. Perry was so nice and had the piece out in under a minute, and insisted on putting the new band on for me. I will return here for any other needs he may be able to assist me with.
