This is the third time I could write a 5-star review for Computer Solutions in Sunset Hill. The…read more1st time was years ago when I was living in the country taking care of a family member. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

First St. Suite 182 Farmington, Mo.6364 We've been using them since they first opened S a start up and has grown into still a small business from Farmington filling a hole in business of electronics. We personally have used them extensively when we have lived in Farmington now the second and end of moving for us now. Upon returning we came by the first location and they were gone but found out that they moved across town in what's called the factory building. So we went back to using them in the field with taking care of our computers and cell phone in some things but not a cell repair store. In their new location they have a room for gamers with machines and chairs I would use to take a Knapp, in front room tons of computer equipment, we're glade they are here local and as I say if at all possible I always will use a local vendor they are a main pet of supporting the community and that hood for all of us. If you have electronic issues give them a call at 573-701-9200 if they can't help you or maybe refer you to someone. They have a great highly trained staff, very nice, friendly, easy to understand the tech talk, not sure but they do local house cLls repairs as well. A great community asset for Farmington, so give them a try. We highly recommend them

I told them what was going on, one of the techs took my phone and went to the back. He came back a few minutes later and said that should fix it, when I asked how much I owed him he said nothing. While I was there I did purchase a new screen protector which they also installed for me. I would highly recommend CPR Festus. They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in the next before they closed and I assume it was the owner but it was the best service I've ever received! He asked me if I had a cover for the IPad and I said I did not... he said follow me... he proceeded to give me a extremely nice cover that he had in his car... he did not have to do this and I offered to pay for it obviously but he said no thank you... he mentioned he had kids and knows the importance of a cover.
