My office was locked on the weekends, I had no way of knowing whether Greyhound could print out replacement tickets, and none of my neighbors had a printer. What, oh, what was I to do? Alas, I discover a lone print shop in downtown Hartford that opens at 8am on Saturdays, going by the name of FedEx Office. "A true godsend," I find myself thinking. So, I bound into the print shop at the break of dawn, print my ticket in a jiffy, and find my way to Union Station, boarding pass in hand. As it turns out, the Greyhound agents COULD have printed out a replacement ticket for me, and thus I was out $0.13. But knowing that there is a back-up option doesn't hurt and was truly worth the $0.13 sacrifice!

They tried to give me obviously inferior prints and showed aggravation when I asked that the project be reprinted. I will not return. Even worse than the already bad stereotype about FedexKinko's employees, their attitudes were disgusting.

It also cost the same for single and double sided copies. It also took 5-10 minutes for the file to come through to their system, adding to the stress. I ordered my wedding invitations through this company and what a SCAM! They had a promotion going on that they stated would apply to my order and Eric assured me the full discount was applied to my account and it wasn't. I also never received the promotion which was return addresses on my invites. Aside from the horrific experience from the start with the worst customer service I've ever come in contact with, they have overcharged me over $100.00, and refuse to work with me on what was overcharged, or to get the order that I paid for correct. The prices they have on their website are much different then what they actually charge you. I've done just about all I can, after contacting the owner Joel Steinman several times and never receiving a call back. HE finally emailed me and claims he's not sure what kind of response I want from him, nor does he have time to return my phone call, and he doesn't believe a phone call would make me happy. So good luck with my event. That's coming from a business owner in Manchester, who claims they aim for total and complete satisfaction. I contacted birchcraft and spoke with their management, they are the 3rd party in all of this, and minuteman is the dealer. They were so great, and I spoke with several supervisors there, who assured me this is not how they treat their customers, and have received a few complaints like this from customers of minute man and would like to take a closer look at their dealer because this is a reflection of them as well. I warn all of you brides planning your wedding DO NOT use this company for your invitations, and even if you're not planning a wedding, and are looking for printing or services done by this company, stay far away.
