I've had these folks do two separate jobs for me. First was moving from an old laptop to a new. It was done quickly, completely, and at, what I consider, a very fair price. Second was to help me set up a Zoom party for my Mother's 90th birthday. While it appears that my audio problem was an update to my software that somehow got delayed, the tech who came was patient and very informative. I have been going to Kennedy Exchange for many years. To state I'm computer illerate is an understatement, but the staff does not take advantage of that fact. They listen which is key, no hard sell and most important honest. I truly wish I could give more then five stars. Suffice it to say if they were located hours from me I would still take my computers for service to them or purchase equipment from them. I accidentally cracked my laptop screen two years ago so I brought it here to get it fixed. They replaced the display for $500. Admittedly, I should have just bought a new laptop considering the cost and what happened after. The laptop worked fine after the repair for a year when suddenly lines starting appearing on my screen. Mind you, I had done nothing to it and had been very careful. Another technician told me that Kennedy Exchange had tightened my board too tightly resulting in the lines so he suggested I bring it back to them. I brought it to Kennedy Exchange for a second time in February of this year. They replaced the display a second time. They charged me $300 which is astounding since they messed it up when they fixed it the first time. Again, I was stubborn and didn't want to let the laptop go. They only refunded me when I wrote a bad review which, in my opinion, was justified and written for good reason. Now, in September, my laptop is having screen issues again TWO YEARS after I cracked it. I brought it to a technician who said Kennedy Exchange had really damaged it by over tightening it both times. At this point, I obviously need to purchase a new one. They never took accountability for damaging my laptop twice nor apologized for it. Please do not come here, I don't want them to "fix" anyone else's device while actually damaging it, then have the audacity to actually charge you. read more

I started using Kennedy Exchange over a year ago when i had a problem with old desktop computer. I asked if I should replace it because it was old. They were to fix the minor problem instead of trying to sell me a new one. My computer was 10 years. I was able to use it for about another year and then it was time to replace. I compared costs with other computer vendors. Brian's prices were right on. I bought a new computer from him last week. I love it. He also has recycled ones as well if can't afford a new one. I love the fact doing business with small business owner. They are very professional and helpful. I love that they will service your computer as well. I highly recommend them if you need repairs on a laptop or pc or if you need a new computer. read more
