I ordered a 30 ft banner with rope attachments to be strung above our Main St. for Memorial Day from Instant imprints. A first for their business. Went through the design with Deepans' team. Received on time. Quality product. However, high winds ripped it from it's ties. Instant Imprint did a repair, was remounted and survived. A replacement, (HIGHER QUALITY, REINFORCED) was ordered by Deepan (at no cost to me) and was received a few days later. Worked perfect! I would certainly recommend and go back for future service.
