Despite entering and waiting for nearly **10 minutes**, I was completely ignored--not even a simple acknowledgment or greeting. It takes 24 hours. My purchase got errored out and I was told to come back the next day. Second Issue... came back the next day and they ordered the wrong color. Later that night I received an email with the incorrect color and decided I would head back the next morning to correct. That next morning they set aside a brand new iPhone 16 Pro (correct color this time) that had apparently shipped in the night before. They told me that once I received the iPhone I had originally ordered (the wrong color one) I could come back and do the exchange. Third Issue...when I came back to do the exchange, just days later, the iPhone set aside for me was no longer there and they had no answer as to why. Sure, the people here are nice, but the customer service is non-existent. The employees there did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer. I was just another order. Besides looking at their iPad, I feel as though there is nothing the employees can do to actually help the customer. Even if they put something aside, you can't guarantee it will still be there. No one seems to be on the same page.

One writing called them "facing extinction" and most of us thought they went OOB. They never did. In fact, they are over 100 years old and kicking! Even back in the day when they closed thousands of stores and endured multiple bankruptcies, they still trekked along. This location is going strong, especially since relocating from the old K-mart mall on M-66. The folks I met were down home friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is a little cell phone activity, but this is still the place where you pick up all your electronic repair needs. Rows of capacitors, diodes, switches and the boards to assemble them on. I didn't get through the entire store today (it's pretty a big place and Mrs. E was on the warpath to go to Thursday farmers market). But I bought a new soldering iron and a Volt/Ohm meter. The prices are pretty decent. I did notice a gentleman repairing what looked to be an android. They can replace batteries and do repair work on cameras and tablets. Probably more. 10/23

2 years ago I went into Verizon with two paid off Motorola MotoZ phones. My wife needed a new…read morephone and when in the store we found out there was a deal on their phones Buy One Get One. My wife wanted an IPhone so we went with the deal. Last month my son lost his phone and bought another and Verizon had us login to our account to set it up. At this time I noticed Verizon was charging me for one of the MotoZs which went to my youngest son. I've requested help and clarification from Verizon, but keep getting the run around. I'll have someone ask questions and say they'll get back with me then they don't. Now I get a message saying my issue is resolved. They didn't do anything. They haven't even addressed the issue. So Verizon ripped me off for about $750 by charging me twice for the same phone. I wish I could give them less than one star. I don't blame this particular store, I blame their whole company, stay away!
